After I booked in advance to go to Bali, a tour guide contacted me via Whatsapp. If you don't see anyone contacting you, you can proactively text or call the desk number (using the hotel phone) to contact the tour side (phone number is in the voucher sent via email after payment). Picked up on time, new car and comfortable seats. The car took me to the port then boarded the boat to go to the island and visit places as per the schedule. In general, the roads on the island are quite bad so it will be difficult to ride a motorbike. I went alone so I joined a group of 2-3 other people so I found it very convenient and saved quite a bit of money. There's someone to guide you so you don't have to worry about getting lost and you know where to take good photos.
