The trip was at 8:15 a.m., but we had to wait for the train to arrive until about 9:00 a.m. before departing. The waiting time was a bit long, but we received very enthusiastic service with enough water and fruit.

The service is very friendly and hospitable. It's easy to change tickets. The boat is neat and tidy. The location to watch the fireworks is very good. The peach, orange and lemongrass tea is very delicious, the fruit is very delicious, one portion for each person. You should come early to watch the sunset. The chicken rice portion is okay but not a problem. Next year, I hope the boat can replace the chicken rice with rice paper rolls 😂😂. I will go again with my family. The wind on the boat is very cool, worth it. I hope the boat can find a better photographer to advertise the boat because I find it more satisfying to see it in person than in promotional photos. The railings of the boat painted all white will stand out more. The facilities and layout of the tables and chairs of the boats in Da Nang are quite similar, I hope there will be a modern boat.

The cruise ship is considerate, does not solicit customers to use additional drinks on the boat, and the return trip is also faster than other boats so there is no jostling. However, our group of 23 people was sold through Bao Anh, Bao Anh led us to the Da Nang ship. The pier at the foot of Tran Thi Ly bridge was very chaotic and crowded. No prior notice required to register passenger names, long wait, the ship departed late, our group had grandparents with limited mobility. There was NO Champa dance as described. Very frustrating.

I booked the My Xuan ship, the manager called to confirm very okie. But the pier was too crowded (under Tran Thi Ly bridge), it was very chaotic. When we arrived, our group of 23 people was sold to Bao Anh ship company, Bao Anh led us to Da Nang ship (said Bao Anh and Da Nang had the same owner). The ship did not buy Cham, did not notify in advance, had to register passenger names, very time consuming and was sold to the group, so the ship departed very late. Full of fruit and water. Squid 200k/plate, the staff on the ship were friendly. Because there were many elderly people in our group, the group was sold to the group quite annoyingly. Because my grandparents have limited mobility

According to the address, it was 26 Bach Dang wharf, but when I got there, I found out that the wharf was closed to serve the fireworks display. Although I was still able to catch the train on time, I still had to waste time going back and forth, which had a very negative impact on the experience. It was my first time visiting Da Nang and I was a bit disappointed.

When I booked tickets on the Traveloka app, there were 2 types of tickets: 1. Cruise ticket. 2. Cruise ticket + unlimited drinks. And I bought number 2. When I got on the boat and asked the waiter about unlimited drinks, the waiter said he didn't know about this service and then greeted me, would I like to order drinks and pay? I think if the cruise cannot control the sale of different types of tickets to customers, it's best not to open package number 2. I'm disappointed with this service from the organizer.
