This is a older budget hotel, it is dated, and some items needed repair or replacement. But it was SUPER clean, Ok, I'm not a germaphobe, but I am OCD when it comes to clean. The Staff where really nice and very helpful. The breakfast was great and constantly maintained by 2 very nice ladies. Our stay was quiet and restful. We look forward to staying with them again.

It’s obviously a somewhat older venue, but it worked well for me. My only complaint is that housekeeping ignored the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and came in one morning and woke me up.

The room was clean and quiet. Staff were helpful and courteous. Godd location off the strip but still close to theatres and activities. Good price for the amenities.

The hotel was clean and the room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable - it is located near all the main things in Branson but far enough away that there wasn’t crazy traffic or loud noises.

Very Clean, very nice owners and workers. Definitely will stay again! Also the Beds were super comfy! I am a picky sleeper 😂

Front desk person was rude when needing assistance. Toilet seat was broken. Shower stained. Outside trash can by the door was overflowing and didn’t seem to be emptied during the stay.

For the price, the room was great. Everything was clean and the breakfast looked really good with lots of choices.

What can i say just a great motel , good hardy breakfast to get you started on your day clean quiet off the main drag a little. It perfect ,will definitely stay again!!!!

We loved our time at this hotel. All staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good and staff there was making sure you had everything you needed...warm welcoming staff. We will try to stay here whenever we are in Branson.

Everything was clean and tidy. The sink and counter area was spacious, but the toilet and tub area seemed a little bit cramped, but we made it work for us. Linens smelled clean and fresh, and the beds were comfortable. My only other issue was that there were not enough outlets in convenient places. Overall, though, it was a great value for the money we paid. Would stay there again!

The room lacked lighting where the desk was. The only time you could use the laptop was during the day but that was when we were out. The plugins in the sink area were so loose my flat iron wouldn't heat up so had to use the ones by desk (no mirror).

The breakfast didn’t have most of the items and was not well stocked. The lady in the kitchen just kept saying we dove items. Had to ask for wash clothes and towels every day as they didn’t put enough in the room for the amount of people.

For a good price, my room was very clean, the staff very accommodating and the breakfast was very good. I certainly would stay here again.
