Location is great. About 6 minutes walk to Disneyland. Hotel rooms are cleaned. Easy checking in and out. Would stay here again when visiting Disneyland.

Great access to the parks, such a short walk. Guest laundry for $2 per wash cycle and per dry cycle open 7am-10pm. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Not sure if they offer breakfast as we didn’t have that included in our stay. The only downside is the noise, you can hear everything from your next door neighbour and from traffic and people down the street. No soundproofing what so ever. Outdated heating/cooling system and not very comfortable bedding or pillows. You don’t stay here for luxury or comfort unfortunately, it is simply for the convenience of quick access to the parks. I would return to this property potentially, but I think I’d try one of the neighbouring hotels on the next trip and see how they compare first.

It is the best hotel near Disneyland. I love the room it is spacious and really close. The only thing is they don’t really do housekeeping, they only take out your trash and put towels which is good enough.

We have stayed here the last 3 years, they used to offer breakfast but apparently have discontinued that feature. We had an excellant view of Disneyland and fireworks! Only issue I had trouble everynight getting my door open

Room was at the rear of the property so basically doubled the walk time to the park. Room is really comfortable.

We didn't get to check in and they didn't issue a refund. Room wasn't ready and we had to leave

This was a great property and very convenient access to Disneyland. The rooms were great and we really enjoyed our stay!

Great place for the money and close to Disneyland so the location was perfect. The only downsides were the 2 side gigs the hotel was running; Handicap scooter rentals and paid parking for DL visitors. Made for lots of extra traffic in and out, along with extra people milling about. Felt weird and invasive. Probably won’t stay there again.

This is the only place we want to stay when visiting Disneyland! We got a room with 1 king and 2 queens, so it fit our family of 6 perfectly! The two queens were in their own room with a door that could close, so the snorers can be separated from the non-snorers. Huge space, we were not crowded. The walk to Disneyland is a piece of cake. McDonald's is right next door, so we had easy access to quick food in the morning before walking to Disney. There is a bus stop like 30 seconds from the hotel, so our shuttle that we booked from and to the airport was really convenient. It was also nice that the two adjoined rooms each had their own AC/heat unit, so we all slept with the temp we liked. The room was really soundproof from other rooms. We never heard a peep from the rooms next to us. The fireworks from Disney could definitely be seen and heard from our room, though, but I don't think any hotels can silence the fireworks lol. If we have to complain about anything, I would simply say the in room coffee. My husband said it tasted terrible and wasn't strong, but in room coffee is not a deal breaker. The mini fridge had good space for all of our water bottles that we bought at the nearby shop.

Proximity to the park is great. I needed a scooter for the first time (hip surgery) and it was fantastic that the rental company was at the hotel. The staff was great. I just wish the cleaned the room daily, not just trash emptying

I didn’t appreciate the surprise forced charge for valet parking in a parking lot steps from our room. No need for valet other than to take more $ from guests. The family suite that sleeps 7 only had one bathroom.

The top consideration for us was proximity to Disneyland. With two small children, it was great to have such a short walk to the park and not have to drive and park.
