The staff is always helpful and respectful at this establishment. Whenever I’m in Fairbanks this is my #1 go to Hotel.

Nice and quiet

I enjoyed my stay there and was very happy. Ill definitely be coming back to that hotel again.

We arrived around 4:15 and were able to get into our room. The staff at the front desk were not as friendly as years past. It was almost like we were bothering them. We arrived to our room, got settled and turned the heat down, since it was too warm. We then went to eat at the Red Lantern, restaurant on site. It was delicious. We returned to a still very warm room. We called the front desk and they sent maintenance up. He was able to fix it pretty quick and soon the room was bearable. This gentleman was very efficient and nice. The room is deteriorating. The toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall, the hot water knob fell off twice while we were there, and they only had two towels for a double queen room. Overall, it was a place to sleep overnight for hockey games. I probably would not go there for any special occasion or special.

Great breakfast

The hotel is busy, which is fine. The heater was noisey. The smaller suites are just rooms with a small divider. But its okay for stays in Fairbanks

I always stay here as they honor my request on staying on the top floor with a view.

Guest shop was closed for the winter, not shocked there its mostly just business and family trips during the winter months. Decent continental breakfast, solid in hotel restaurant. Plug-ins were available for the rental car's block heater. Definite plus there

Wish the breakfast had more variety. Could be changed up a little. Staying there for a week with same breakfast everyday was kinda boring.

Staff was friendly. Great location.

This was a great room for the price. They did check in until 6 am if you have a late flight. Others (clarion) won’t compromise and rude about it. Bath water was hot. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast included eggs potatoes sausage cereal oatmeal muffins and yummy coffee. Coffee maker in the room was a plus. Walking distance to downtown shops restaurant bars museums.
