Property was NOT safe. Checked in and immediately checked out. Multiple vagrants on property.

Good hotel, clean, parking garage is not the cleanest and the bathroom was quite small but no major issues or complaints

The balcony view was decent, I paid for the balcony was placed into a double queen, where I had to make them modification of a roller bed and a king: in order to get the balcony Parking was supposed to be included etc Just bad experience

Dislike

It was a great location but the customer service was bad. We had issues with both rooms. One had the ceiling falling down in the hallway and the other room has a broken window we were on a high floor so it was a bit concerning. The keys kept malfunctioning. Again great location not worth the price.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Crowne Plaza. The location is superb, the price was very reasonable compared to other nearby hotels. Checking in and out was incredibly easy. The bed was comfy and I slept well every night. Will definitely stay here again.

The pics of this place make it look beautiful! This place is a DUMP!! This place isn’t worth half of what they’re charging. Wish I would have stayed elsewhere

Even thou it's a crown plaza the main entrance was nice but the rooms hallways where very dirty and run down let's not even talk about the black mold in the ice machines.

Nice staff, amenities, and room. Not in the most entertaining area of Dallas.

Temperature inside the lobby and room was to hot. And the elevator didn’t work properly

I will not stay here again.

Very out dated hotel that needs some major updating

Nice rooms

Old and outdated. Too old for the price. Mild mildew smell. Limited view. Balcony not well kept and appeared unsafe to use.

We originally were put in room 1613 and upon arriving we found that the AC wasn’t working. We kind of decided to try to put up with it (we were staying Monday - Saturday) we ended up letting the front desk know (Tommy was amazing!) on Thursday since by that time they had sent maintenance twice with no results. Tommy at front desk was extremely understanding and kind and even gave us a new room this time with working AC!

Where to start? Bathroom is so small it is claustrophobic. No fan in the bathroom so steam engulfs the room when showering. The mold on the ceiling tells the story! Bed is hard, pillows too high. Coffee machine didn’t work. Even though we were on the 18th floor, the outside sounds were like we were on the ground floor. Boys and their toys were screeching around the streets way into the early morning hours. Not a great stay!

Pretty worn out. Everything from creaky worn elevators, falling AC systems to dirty hallways. Rooms were ok but with the AC issues and ugly entrances it was not great.
