The pics of this place make it look beautiful! This place is a DUMP!! This place isn’t worth half of what they’re charging. Wish I would have stayed elsewhere

Even thou it's a crown plaza the main entrance was nice but the rooms hallways where very dirty and run down let's not even talk about the black mold in the ice machines.

Nice staff, amenities, and room. Not in the most entertaining area of Dallas.

Temperature inside the lobby and room was to hot. And the elevator didn’t work properly

I will not stay here again.

Old and outdated. Too old for the price. Mild mildew smell. Limited view. Balcony not well kept and appeared unsafe to use.

We originally were put in room 1613 and upon arriving we found that the AC wasn’t working. We kind of decided to try to put up with it (we were staying Monday - Saturday) we ended up letting the front desk know (Tommy was amazing!) on Thursday since by that time they had sent maintenance twice with no results. Tommy at front desk was extremely understanding and kind and even gave us a new room this time with working AC!

Where to start? Bathroom is so small it is claustrophobic. No fan in the bathroom so steam engulfs the room when showering. The mold on the ceiling tells the story! Bed is hard, pillows too high. Coffee machine didn’t work. Even though we were on the 18th floor, the outside sounds were like we were on the ground floor. Boys and their toys were screeching around the streets way into the early morning hours. Not a great stay!

Pretty worn out. Everything from creaky worn elevators, falling AC systems to dirty hallways. Rooms were ok but with the AC issues and ugly entrances it was not great.

Location was perfect. Water at the pool was cold. Parking garad felt spooky at times. My stay was ok, nothing fancy.

The Crown Plaza was located just right for what we were looking for which was sight seeing in downtown Dallas.

Was a good property however they charge $150 US in case of room damage.I left on October 3 and still havent got it back yet.I did no damage to the room i was in

Got in late. Very accommodating. Gave me quite a late checkout. Patio doors a bit sketchy. Tub didn’t drain too well. Great location!

In serious need of a rehab. Terrible area. Unsafe to walk after dark. Street racing outside at night.

Great staff, super friendly and helpful.

Good stay. Easy check in. Parking convenient to hotel ingress. Halls were not as clean as they should be. Rooms were clean but bathrooms were tiny and partially updated.

My room had no AC. This was a problem for others as well. All on the same floor. Come on people do better. We all paid money for a comfortable nights sleep and instead it’s Texas and we were all hot. Didn’t even offer to compensate or discount the rooms. Had to sleep with the balcony sliding door open.
