Very nice and clean. It’s a small hotel. Price was good. We only stayed one night.

It really fulfilled my expectations; the building is very clean, customer service is reliable, and they have the best breakfast ever! I really recommend it.

Employees we dealt with were all friendly and courteous. The location was easily accessible from the major freeway in Austin. We had no problem with anything at the Fairfield.

My stay was for a couple of days and I really really enjoyed my stay at this Fairfield. I felt safe and the area was quiet and quite agreeable.

We wanted to be down south in Austin and close to I35. There is a row of hotels and we were very happy with this hotel. Everything in the room worked and was comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Is unsafe to get in to the parking from street

Motion sensor air conditioner is horrible ideah being the room warms up while sleeping

This hotel was convenient for a UT game that we attended. The beds were very comfortable and staff very friendly. It was also very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

We always loved our stay. Friendly staff, clean. For some reason the AC was set to a temp where it gets warm in the middle of the night. Otherwise, everything was great. We will come back again.

Small decent gym, good room with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, great breakfast included, and a pool table in the lobby.

Convenient location. Didn't like certain group of people that were staying in front of our room, coming in and out during the night.

Hotel does not have an indoor swimming pool. The photos on the hotel's site show a pool. Photos are misleading.

It was a good stay The room was nice The bedroom was comfortable but the breakfast was not very good and it was not very well maintained

The staff was awesome. Olivia the clerk on Saturday was very nice!!
