Such a fun place to stay. And very comfortable. Bedroom was very clean and bathroom had an awesome heated floor. If I were to make any suggestions it would be to provide more than 2 tiny sachets of milk for the coffee machine and for shower caps to be available. But really, if that’s it? Wow!

Experience was ok. I was a bit let down that there was no instructions for the hot tub, nor was it explained at check in. In the end my partner had to find a member of bar staff who was helpful in turning on the power from the mains. The challenge is, the tub then took almost 8 hours to heat up. Bit of a let down when you pay extra for it. In future might be best to have it turned on prior to check in. Otherwise than that it was a good stay.

Overall, the hotel is clean and well-maintained, with friendly staff and a convenient location that offers easy access. However, I did experience an issue with the noise from the ventilation system (not the A/C) in my room, which was quite loud and made it challenging to sleep at night.

Lovely hotel at great price. Was given an upgrade to a suite which was amazing and a very welcome surprise on checking in. Contacted hotel twice about general queries prior to arriving and both times email was answered extremely quickly and efficiently. Very good hotel in London with excellent staff.

From check in to departure everything was fantastic. Super friendly staff and as for the room it was beautifully decorated, super comfortable and really clean. Would definitely recommend and stay ourselves again. The hotel was really central to everywhere we wanted to visit and loads of different places to eat. Thank you

This hotel was perfect for spending a night within London and not being too expensive. Decoration is fantastic and the room was ideal. Comfy bed and there was a bath and a shower in our bathroom, which was good. The only thing I would say is the shower temperature was lukewarm because they have a lock to make it hotter. I did inform reception so hopefully they will speak to management to get this looked into, otherwise great stay and would recommend.

A beautiful quirky hotel with friendly staff. The room was large, clean and nicely decorated with a huge bath, shower and double sinks and a very comfortable bed.

Outstanding service from the lovely staff. The room was larger than expected with great facilities. The ambiance is an outstanding feature. This is our second time at the hotel and would highly recommend it.

Stayed for 1 night in the drop dead gorgeous splash suite for my partners birthday. The suite definitely has the wow factor. 3 rooms - a living room, bedroom and huge bathroom with 2 person Jacuzzi, bath and double shower. The tv on the wall by the jacuzzi is a lovely touch too. Tv in every room. Aircon/heating unit was helpful to manage temp as bedroom got quite warm due to splash room. Room was clean. I mentioned it was by partners birthday before we arrived and they decorated with balloons and rose petals for no extra charges - very nice surprise. Drinks and pizza are available all day all night which was great. If I had to choose somthing that wasn’t 5* it would be the breakfast. A lot of cold meats and cheese - just not for my taste. The sausages, scrambled eggs and bacon was all cold in the serving trays and we was down for breakfast at 8am. The pastry’s were fresh and soft. The room was great except could do with a carpet cleaner - quite a few stains. No water in the room and I think £15 for 1 latte and 2 bottles of still water was excessive considering the cost of the room. Would stay again. Staff were pleasant. Please be aware that the hotel state there is a £50 security deposit however when we got there they charged us £100 deposit

Beautiful and eclectic hotel. We stayed in the drop dead gorgeous splash suite and was happy with the room. Could have been a little cleaner as there were mould spots around but overall pleasant stay

Great area for getting around London. Photos show many quirky rooms but the standard and deluxe ( which we booked) are not really quirky for the price paid. Comfy beds, tea and coffee making with complimentary biscuits, kettle crisps and bottled water which were replaced daily. Small breakfast room but with adequate choices of cereals, meats, cheese, smoked salmon, hot food-sausages,bacon,scrabmbled eggs. Bread and rolls, pastries, yoghurt pots and fruit salad. Tea,coffee and fruit juices. Nice bathrooms and robes provided. Staff very pleasant. Overall a ovely pkace to stay. Just a tad expensive at nearly £600 for two nights, but then this is London!

Enjoyable stay with friendly service at check-in and breakfast buffet. Spacious and stylish deluxe double room which was quiet - apart from the occasional guests passing by from the elevator. Overall very pleased with our 1 night stay and would visit again.

I was so, so disappointed. Our ‘delux’ double was very dated, certainly not classy or arty with strange black net curtains, red and black decor, a very loud fan outside our window, and a tv that you have to swing off the wall blocking the room entrance off because it’s too big for the small room. Could not be more disappointed.

Pleasant but short stay. Lovely bathroom with separate large tub. Would have liked reading lights next to bed. No minibar. Sheets okay but not soft cotton feel. Very funky decor. May not be for everyone. Okay for me for one night.
