Just perfect. My favorite hotel in Madrid; I travel there often. My favorite room is its largest one, "Prince" or something like that. All rooms, even the small ones, are great. Excellent staff. And nice points/loyalty program.

Conveniently located near the metro and a bus stop, perfect for travelling around Madrid. The room is spacious and clean, with a large washroom with bidet. The cupboard has plenty of space for all your clothes too. We wished there was a kettle in the room at least, but the fridge was adequate. The concierge is helpful. Although the gym was not very well equipped, it was clean and relatively empty for a good workout. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We like this hotel and have often stayed. This time however there was a bad odor in the room probably from the a/c.we had arrived late at night so had to open the window to make it through. Please please fix this issue or will not visit you.

Nice and affordable hotel. Clean and convenient with great location. Staff are so kind and helpful. I enjoyed the moment once I arrived till saying goodbye.. Recommend led for those who are coming for education and quick visit. I am not used to self check out but it was a great solution 👌🏻👌🏻
