Management was world class. Upgraded to a suite at a reasonable price as arrived early and that was available. Management is really world class. Super great staff and unreal breakfast. One of the most beautiful overs from my room one will ever have..a giant and historic Monkey Pod Tree

Excellent staff and food was also very good. Highly recommend the Thai green curry it was the best I’ve ever eaten! And I’ve eaten a lot. The pool service was very good but a little maintenance required.

Every single member of staff went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. There were some issues regarding wheelchair accessibility. When I brought these up, the staff did a property walk around noting improvements that they will be making.

Outstanding service at a great hotel. The gardens and restaurants overlooking them are exceptional. The rooms however are dated and small.

Beautiful property with gorgeous trees and garden. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The one problem there we found was that the bar and restaurants were very slow and under-staffed. Spoke with the Food & Bev manager about it and asked him not to criticize the staff just hire more people and organize things better.. Chef Masoom is very talented and Adina was very helpful too.
