Our room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. Mattress was just right for a good night sleep. Though we did not partake of the food offerings, it sure smelled good. Starbucks for coffee. Would definitely stay again.

We came with a large group and staff was kind and accommodating.

The hotel was run down, elevator was slow and took forever to arrive, rooms were NOISY!!!! We had to take the stairs to avoid getting stuck in the elevators. The rooms were very noisy, with weird buzzing and beeping sounds. Very limited choices on food options as well. The only thing I can say that’s positive was the server, Armando. He was very pleasant and polite. The hotel needs major upgrades!!

The desk clerk Dialo was very attentive and courteous, greeted us with an amazing smile this late in the day, he's doing an awesome job 👏 😀

I was supposed to get a higher floor with 2 beds, at arrival there was no available room with such configuration, then we got a floor 1 two bed room / which was cheaper on my agent and still I was charged for the regular rate plus taxes vs the price on Expedia. They did recognize small part for all the stay. Very bad

Property was very clean and quiet. Easy check in and out. Upon check-in I was the only person in lobby and the lady did not even notice me because she was looking down at her phone. I had to walk up to her for her to notice me then I still did not get greeted properly. Other than that very great hotel.

A fire alarm woke us up at 4 am only to be a false alarm. Staff wouldn’t answer phone to give update.

Very clean rooms and very helpful staff

The rooms and staff were very nice. The complementary cucumber and lemon water was very good as was the coffee in the morning. We stayed for the night with our future sailor. God bless our men and women of the armed forces.

Property is ok. The staff is excelent. The parking is limited and there is a lot of construction around.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. However, we had to move from one of the rooms we had. The toilet did not work and got a change of room.

Staff was friendly, hotel was neat and clean, and they have a 12:00 PM check-out time! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Hotel room outdated, bed mattress , sofa bed and carpet need to be replaced , if you’re not too picky, it’s a ok stay

This is our third stay, and unfortunately the room was dirty. One pillow was completely torn and had two safety pins to hold it together. The restroom had one used toilet paper. Horrible.

The restaurant and gym is great. The photos that Expedia has provided aren’t accurate. There is NOT a big tub in the room. The floor in my room had not been cleaned. It’s a very noisy room. You hear absolutely EVERYTHING inside and out (first floor)! Banging and doors slamming woke me up all night. Breakfast looks like what you would get at other hotels for FREE, but this location charges $18! They advertise their coffee as being Starbucks, but as a daily Starbucks drinker, this is NOT STARBUCKS, it tasted like yucky hotel coffee. For a night it’s ok to stay here, but don’t let the photos fool you! I ventured off the next day to La Cantera and was provided with an exceptional stay.

Nice hotel. Linens and mattress was sub-par. No hand soap. The quick pantry food was out of a lot of things. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Short stay to visit 'The Industry' night club a short 11 minute walk from the hotel.
