Welcomed with friendly service, very satisfying clean hotel..

Beautiful, attractive and a 4 star hotel

Everything is good. Just prepare rm3 for parking lot. Love the breakfast buffet especially indian cuisines, the staff is so friendly and helpful when I asked about it. Thus, I am able to try something new like pongal rice, idli and some sweet dessert. Thanks for the best experience.

Had a great stay here. Really comfortable and will definitely be back again.

The breakfast are superb. The cookies of course the best. My son totally having fun. Everything was good. But my room light got some of them broken. But everything was fine and pleasant

Everything was good, but some things are not my favorite. The beach is not directly connected and it wasn't even a nice beach. If you want to borrow cutlery, there's extra charge. The gym is quite hidden.

So perferct. I will be back again if travel to penang. But so sad when rain can't playing and swimming in the pool.

I booked the room with breakfast & high floor. Upon check in, I got 5th floor room & breakfast cannot confirm. I felt disappointed with app & the hotel.

I had booked a high floor deluxe room but I am given a room at 5th floor, moreover the room booked is with breakfast and the hotel cannot confirm the breakfast upon check in.

That's good in my opinion. There is a children's playground and a coloring place for children. Free hotel facilities near the beach. It's just that the beach isn't wide. Yes, but enough of playing with children.

The hotel is good, swimmingpool also clean, close to batu peringgih only 5minutes by grab.

You can access the beach using a private bridge. Love the ambiance and staff. A comfortable & pleasant place to eat.

Helpful is helpful and friendly. Loved the entrance of the hotel. Morning and evening walk at the beach is wonderful. There is a bridge that connect us to the beach.- no food available nearby.

Check in process was smooth. Received a welcome cookies as Hilton signature greeting gesture. Room is big & comfy. Our room inclusive breakfast. Hilton offer variety of food choices, and for kids too! We visited the Kid 's club and my kids love it! Thanks Hilton for supeb service 🫰.

Please inform the guest that the family room is actually 2 rooms and connected outside, not inside the room. Literally there are 2 rooms. Anyway the breakfast is good.

Great hotel. Really recommended. We book triple bed room, but got 1 sofa bed. Room was spacious, Lighting was good. Clean comfy no complaints. Friendly staff. Pool was crowded, there ' s nice fitness centre. Nice hotel overall. We love it.

Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Definitely will stay over again.
