Great service from the receptionist. Very accommodating with our requests. I do find it a little weird to have to go down to reception to ask for toilettries, but not much to complain. Wouldn't mind staying here again.

There is no air conditioner 😢 really noisy if you have to open the window for some breeze air.

It was great, main station less than 2 minutes walk. Food is good. Service is good, the heater not working really well.

the room was not like the pictures, the heater was broken and it was 1 degres when I am staying, the room door can't be lock. The room staff knew that there were problems in this room but the staff waiting for the customer complaint first rather than fixing it. Very dissapointing.

The hotel location so strategic across main station and near many halal restaurants, will be my choice if I have to stay in Frankfurt.

Interior is too old, must renovation. Location near main station, more precisely in front of station.

Near to tourist attractions, stations and a lot of halal food around the hotel, pleasant big rooms, No water cooker available because in front of the station is rather noisy. If it is a hot summer, there is no AC available, a heater is available.

Very strategic location close to Bahnhof and flix bus station or euro lines

So small and sometimes WiFi connection getting loss

Good mobility to explore the city the business of the surroundings and the sounds of the train give different nuances

The room look new but the furniture is old and outdated. The door hinges to balcony is broken but was not notify by the time I check-in. Since I only stay for one night so I don't even care about changing the room.
