Location convenient

Amazing staff from the front desk to housekeeping. We frequently stay at this hotel due to the staff and it being close to a lot of amenities. Rooms are nice and balconies are a plus in the evening to relax on.

Excellent service and cleanliness

I have been coming to this Double Tree since 1998 and with my husband and son since 2006. It is my favorite, favorite hotel! It had been many years since our last trip and my husband and I decided to spend our anniversary here. Front desk sent a complementary bottle of wine; cookies tasted just as delicious; quiet, serene atmosphere remained the same. We absolutely love this Double Tree even though Tampa is closer. It is well worth the drive!

WOW, every single person I came in contact with was amazing! Comfortable and well appointed rooms. The housekeeping was very generous with towels and water bottles. No possible complaint could be imagined.
