So much for the 4 star hotel! When you want to book a hotel, and a 4 star hotel appear, what you have in mind? Nice service, etc etc.. But thats not applied to this hotel. I arrived in christmas winter, and I can understand if some of the staff is busy to celebrate, i dont mind at all. But when I want to enjoy a hot drinks in my room at winter night, THEY DONT HAVE ANY WATER CATTLE?? And when i go to cafetaria as the reception suggest, they charged 1 euro for a glass of hot water??? Whenever i go to hotel in most European countries and ask a hot water, they would give it free of charge and they are 2-3 star hotel. But this 4 star hotel? Charge 1 euro for a glass of hot water or at least give each of the room water cattle?? Insane..

Stayed this weekend in a triple room with my kids. Big room, TV big and the brand of the toiletries was TOUS, a spanish high-end brand. The breakfast buffet was complete with fresh fruit including mango, avocados, local charcuterie and lots of different options. The staff was very kind.

When we arrived via car at the hotel, we were greeted well, and the staff was nice to us and explained that the parking lot that night was full, so we had to find some other place to park our car. The man at the counter helped us by recommending us another parking lot nearby. 5* to him🍻 The rooms were very clean and nice. The breakfast was delicious 😋. Overall, we had a pretty great time there.

The air conditioning was cut off at about 2am. The outside temperature was 24 degree and I could hardly sleep well overnight. There are few steps after using the lift before going to the room, very inconvenient to big luggages travellers. All electronic devices can only be charged with the only electric output under the desk. Four stars hotel, yes it is, if the full rating is ten !

The hotel was comfortable and clean really close to the cathedral. Recommend 100% for a place to stay!
