Great breakfast. Jasmina was very helpful at the front desk booking us a tour.

Hotel Jane was very clean and comfortable. Every person I encountered was pleasant and helpful. Traveling alone, I felt very safe here. It felt like a 25 minute walk to get anywhere from there but a taxi would also come when they called one for me. I would stay here again.

Valerie the desk clerk was wonderful! So accommodating and gave great information on things to do around Florence. Easy walk to downtown area of Florence. Breakfast was good, hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Front desk staff was very helpful, storing our luggage for the day and calling a taxi to take us to the train station. We had a free bottle of Chianti reserve waiting for us in our room after check in. Those were the good points. Room was very tiny and you could hear everything going on in the hallway and the rooms above and next door. Also for us it was a 30-40 minute walk to any of the sites we wanted to see (but that was poor research on my part).

Hotel Jane was perfect for our night in Florence! The front desk staff were all so welcoming and helpful with all of our questions. The room was a bit compact, but had everything that we needed for an ideal stay! I would definitely recommend.

The room was okay for the price. Did have air conditioning. However the night staff was exceptionally rude. My friend went outside to have a phone call so as not to disturb anyone at night. When she came in, she realized she forgot her headphone charging case outside, and so went to retrieve it. Upon coming downstairs, the man at the desk began loudly berating her and telling her she couldnt go back outside to have loud phone calls. She repeatedly tried to make it clear she had just forgotten something, but the man tried to PHYSICALLY stop her from going outside. Once she had managed to retrieve her case, the man finally understood but offered no apology. This was wildly inappropriate behavior from the staff member. The morning/afternoon staff was polite, but this incident was so beyond the pale I cannot give more than 1 star for staff.

I loved Hotel Jane. It was a lovely and quaint hotel. The breakfast was lovely and the staff very friendly. A great experience and help us to feel right at home in Florence. It is a pleasant 20 minute walk into the main sightseeing areas of Florence. In a quiet area that avoids the hustle and bustle.

This hotel should have more stars than just 3! Apart from the incredibly friendly staff who made our stay much more enjoyable, the rooms were newly furnished and incredibly clean. The water pressure was excellent. The breakfast is a steal for 5 euros each, as you get so much and it tastes amazing! The location is insane as well - just 5 minutes and you’re in the old city, a 10 minute walk and you’re staring at the Duomo. Could not recommend highly enough!

The hotel is located in a convenient place, near by public transportation, if you are in a good shape you can also walk and it is outside the ZTL zone if you are renting a car. Breakfast was really good, we received wine as a welcome and the room was clean, beds confortable and with street view. The only issue the elevator broke the day we left and we had to carry our bags from the 4th floor.

Hotel Jane was absolutely amazing. Great location, just a 20 minute walk/ 10 minute taxi ride from almost everything. Great coffee shops, restaurants, a grocery store, gelato shops, etc all within a 5 minute walk. The family room was very spacious and very clean. Incredible shower with great water pressure. The best part though, was the staff. Some of the nicest people I've ever come across when I've traveled. Incredibly polite, helpful, and genuinely amazing and fun people to talk to. Definitely a great choice to book, whether on a romantic trip, with family, or traveling for business. I can't wait to go back!

Property in downtown, would recommend it

Very friendly staff. Room was clean. This hotel is located close to restaurants and stores. Very close to the center as well. They are friendly and get you taxis when needed. I recommend this hotel when you are in Florence.

Check in and check out were very smooth and easy. The front desk representatives were absolutely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and nice and is located in a safe residential area. It’s about 20 minute walk to historic center. Breakfast was wonderful. We recommend this hotel and will book it again in future.
