Great service all around

The person that I've communicated during the check in was very unpleasant.

This was a really decent hotel for the money. It was really convenient beside the mall and the parking was easy. The lobby and hotel itself was clean. The only issue is we stayed five nights, two nights the rooms weren’t made and the third night we didn’t have towels. I’m not sure what the problem was. I would use this hotel again, but I would expect a better response when the room is not being made up.

Great for one night. No coffee in the room, other than this all fine.

Comfortable beds and everyone that worked there were very professional and polite.

ITs a bit of an older hotel. Clean but older.

After 2 weeks on the road for vacation, sleeping in 7 different hotels, this was by far the worst experience! The hotel is completely dated. Check-in was slow, with a bunch of forms to fill and sign (even if the booking was already pre-paid). The first room they gave AC was not working, after calling reception asking to change room we needed to wait 20min just to the attendant verify that the AC was for sure not working. Furniture is old, no double beds, no power plugs near the bed, no welcoming amenities (like a free bottle of water, etc..) Breakfast products were not fresh, the bread looked like from the day before. This is NOT a 4-star hotel. During the same trip, we stayed in cheap 2-start road hotels that were much more comfortable, welcoming (a lot gave FREE WATER BOTTLES), and new than the NH Viernheim. For luck, it can be classified as a 2-star medium hotel. Please, don't be deluded with the 4-star classification, you can look for other hotels with less classification in the same area with a better service.

Basic hotel with all you need and expect in a hotel room. No food available in the hotel.

Fast check in. Excellent customer service. Fast room service. Cheap parking. Will stay here again.

The beds need to be replace. It was hard to sleep on them because my body made contact with spring mattress. When I complained about it they just gave a thicker mattress pad, but it was still uncomfortable. The pillows need to be replace as well, way too soft the provide no spine support for my neck. The water heater broke on one occasion, had to find out the hard way (on the morning while trying taking a shower). Electricity cut off on half the room. If I used the hair drier it would trip the circuit breaker for half the room. Positives amenities (Shopping mall, transportation within walking distance), and great buffet style breakfast.

The hotel was nice. It appeared to be in the industrial part of town. Seemed like lots of business men were there. The atmosphere was neat and clean. Nice and helpful staff.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and close to a mall. I recommend it if you have a car. Friendly and nice staff, for sure I’d stay there again.

Wifi not very good. Lots of disruptions.
