The Hotel is very nice, it was conveniently located for my own purposes, the staff was good and the breakfast is great. After they finish the renovations would be even better.

I also like the hotel staff & employees because everyone seem to be friendly and helpful. And I'm also happy because housekeeping cleaned our room everyday.

The hotel is just fine. However its been under construction for years with no progress. There is really no lobby. The rooms are quite old and in need of updating. Overall, its a fine product but the price is too high for the state of the hotel.

Only stayed for one night. The hotel is under construction, but that didn’t affect my stay. The room I was in was very comfortable, but definitely dated in terms of design. The front desk staff was very warm, check in and check out was easy. I would definitely stay again. The location is superb.

I had a room facing the road, which was super noisy. The area was nice but it was not the closest option to the metro station. Front desk service could be better.

Expensive without any spacial reason

The service was very good. The room, especially the bed, was very comfortable. The hotel is located in an excellent area. One thing that can be improved is the parking space.

The hotel was under renovation which I wasnt aware when made reservation. With that said, the elevator that takes you from parking garage to hotel was off and you had to walk from -3 floor to main floor. As we arrived in our room we noticed plater of empty water bottles and glasses on the hallway floor right next to our door/room which we complained and next day the the platters were still seating on the floor. The staff were helpful and nice specially the bartenders. We got a voucher for 2 drinks at the bar which was nice. We only stayed for one nigh. Overall it was ok.

This hotel is going through renovation and hotel charging high price for bad rooms

Nothing was unique.They Charged my Credit Card TWICE and did not know that the blocked amount at check-in was already billed by the bank.So they charged me another time at Check Out telling me wrongly that the blocked amount will be accounted for.IT WAS NOT. I was ripped off

While the staff were very nice and helpful, this hotel is very very old and in bad condition. It felt like a 1980’s motel.

Big loby, but need additional staff.. The rate too expensive

Vacuuming starts at 7:30am, not great when you're trying to recover from jetlag! Surfaces not cleaned, kettle takes an age to heat. Was probably great 20 years ago but tired and in need of an update. People very nice and service fine.
