Only thing positive about the property was price and convenience. Even though the property was clearly marked no smoking of any type it wreaked of weed. Had to go to office the second night to have key card reactivated and the 9ffice also wreaked of weed. Would highly recommend staying elsewhere.

The hotel was smell very bad. I checked out the room and it smelled like the hotel. I asked Expedia to refund my money and they can’t even do it for me. They said it depends on the hotel manager which I believe it’s a joke. Four days passed I haven’t heard back from Expedia or the hotel at all. I won’t use Expedia again to book my hotel since no way to contact them and it took a hundred tries to able to reach them by text only. Expedia customer service was not there when you need them. This was the second time I encountered with them about hotel quality. BTW…do not book any hotel that owned by India people like anything starting with the RED word like red roof, red lion and now I noticed America Best as well. Their hotels were super bad especially the smell. Stay away from it. I will try Expedia again on my refund and let you all know the outcome of it.

Good place to stay for LSU football games

I have stayed at this property several times. Even though its an old property the rooms are clean and comfortable.

just a place to sleep. not as gross as i thought it be.

Musty room, AC did not work, dead cockroach on the floor, blood stains in the tub… These are horrendous conditions!

If you need a bed for a night in a pinch it was ok and just ok. The place smelled like a musty old camp house. The ac unit in our room was extremely noisy. The property itself was rundown. Would not recommend.

Front desk guy was nice. Let us check in at early so we could continue with our day. Hotel room had multiple dead roaches and bugs on the floor when we entered the room. Room seemed okay but the dead bugs just made the whole room feel unclean.

Between the smell,roaches, dirty linens and left behind lingerie in closet I would not recommend

First thing we noticed was the smell of the whole building. Smelled like mold first you walked in the hallway. Room was okay but bathroom clogged…… bed was comfortable.

No bathroom door, smelled like a tobacco store, bloody boogers on the wall of bathroom. Literally disgusting.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. We saw MULTIPLE roaches in our bathroom and there are toenail clippings around the bed. This room did not come anywhere near meeting our expectations. I would never stay here again or recommend anyone to stay here.
