Because of water damage at property we were relocated to a different hotel. This hotel was extremely difficult to find and access due to road closures. This resulted in a very stressful experience.

We had a 7:55 train, the hotel was across the street and served breakfast. Perfect!

For the convenience to the early trains, this is a good solution.

We had a very delayed check in due to problems with arrival of train and night staff were prompt in dealing with this.

For the price and the convenience to the train station, this hotel cannot be beat. It is very basic and the neighborhood is not very interesting but it is practical and a good option for traveling.

Due to rail strikes our train journey was cancelled and we were unable to get to Tours in any way. I tried to cancel but they refused my request. The company is inflexible. Our non show was out of our hands. Poor show kyriad!

Very practical location steps from the train station. The property is a basic chain hotel, no frills. Employees are super nice which makes up for the lack of comfort

Kyriad Tours was perfect for our needs. After touring Chateau in the Lorie Valley, we spent the night in Tours before flying out of Paris. The hotel sits on a courtyard with the train station and rental car offices. We were able to return our rental car (after hours) walk to the hotel, spend the night, and in the morning catch a train to Charles De Gaulle airport for our afternoon flight. Tired, we ate at the hotel's restaurant- which was basic fare, but the servers were friendly and fun. The room itself was very clean, comfortable and very quiet.
