The music that play in the pool is very loud and bother the room, the boy who clean the room is reaching late always , I didn’t find the slippers and asked for one when i just reach but they give it to me until the night , and the price is very high compare to the services they provide

The staff at the hotel are absolutely wonderful... I thank the reception for their hospitality and the speed of their work... Thank you to Sister Lydia, Brother Hatem, Brother Muhammad, and Mr. Sherif Yousry... I thank the brothers in the restaurant, Son Youssef and Nancy, who were extremely wonderful in customer service... The hotel is vary dirty and no room cleaning and then I enter the room on the first day of my booking the bad room and the bathroom was vary dirty and the photos are different then the reality

The staff was excellent. Always a warm greeting. Eager to help with issues. Breakfast was delicious. Convenient location. Room was spotless and spacious. Bathroom large. Lots of hot water.

I am not sure if the hotel had a fitness room. Breakfast was ok. They should allow guests to get their own coffee and tea. It’s inconvenient to wait for waitresses to bring you the drinks. They were slow.

It’s a 5 star but don’t expect super luxury . It’s a good hotel overall for the price paid .

Restaurant & food is excellent and staff are amazing

Excellent location and excellent staff. Buffet breakfast and dinner were very good with a great variety of healthy foods plus many desserts. We ate at the hotel every day. There is some noise from outside street car horns and barking dogs. It did not affect our sleep.

Had a great stay at the Safir, staff were great! - especially Ahmed at the front desk (who went out of his way to arrange a birthday cake for me!) and door man Mohammed, they were so welcoming, helpful and polite - they were fantastic!

The friendliness of the staff is heartwarming and being in the middle of everything with 15 to 35 minutes away from all main attractions is certainly a plus but they need to do a more renovated approach towards their room ambience and outlets.
