Great location with good staff.

Fairly clean and average place to stay. Easy parking and decent breakfast . Most places in the area could use some maintenance and updating as is the case here . But overall decent for the money

Friendly staff

Very spacious room. Cane with microwave and minifridge. Bathroom is quite small but ckean. The vanity/ sink is separate which is quite convenient. Lighting was very good! Breakfast was ok: ( except for the "OJ" which was horrid!!) There were false egg omelets, sautéed potatoes, sausage, and some cereal and dry bread. Milk in cartons was set to expire the same day we had it. Trash cans in breakfast area were overflowing. Overall, the price was good and the beds were nice and firm. Brw, there's NO elevator!!

They Didn’t Clean the Room Daily and when you arrive at Night they didn’t have clean towels that happens twice during the stay the front desk only give you pool towels to dry on the daily shower Very bad service Please Don’t stay there. A nightmare and the rooms are very small also

We booked for 5 nights. We left after 4. They did not clean our room once. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Even after we asked on the third night for someone to check the room and empty the garbages they didn’t.

The room was ok but the common areas were filthy. We accessed our room from the back door and the entry way was not cleaned or swept for the 3 days we were there. And and dirt on the floor and over flowing trash cans for 3 days! No vending machines at all on the property. Next time in the area would stay elsewhere.

It was so dirty they didn't clean any of the common areas for days. Towels were limited we couldn't get clean towels for the 4 prople in our room. They never came to check our room to see if we needed anything cleaned, never emptied the garbage in our room or outside our room or on the outside of the property. Someone broke a bottle near the door and we cleaned it up so nobody cut themselves. There's plenty of places to stay on the island i'd not stay here if you had a choice. If it was at least clean you get what you pay for.

Im going to leave a thorough honest review for those who care about their dollar value. This place isn’t all that great. It’s expensive and the experience you get is really poor. Motel experience customer service. Breakfast was never ready at 7am and multiple people complained. The front desk NEVER had towels, bar soaps, shampoos. You had to hunt them down. House keeping never came to pick up the trash and we stayed for all 5 nights. WiFi connection was awful and people complained. This hotel you had to do everything for yourself. Front desk guy Miel just laughed at the concerns and seemed to not care about people complaining for what they PAID. Dave yourself the $500 bc the experience is truly poor. Better off getting cheap if you’re going to hunt these people down to get any sort of request done.

The room was nice sized and clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was adequate with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, bread varieties, yogurt and bananas. I would have preferred bacon over sausage, but, oh well. The hallway could use a flooring update as it was quite soiled. We had no towels until around 9:30 pm as they were drying. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

This hotel did not have an elevator. Carpet was dirty. Always lack of towels. Will not stay here ever again.

Just having fun

The young man checking me in insisted on photocopying my driver’s license and credit card. I travel extensively, this is not a norm. Otherwise, the stay was great. Price incredible.
