All around wonderful accommodations

Great service upon arrival and room was comfortable except the temperature. Tried turning the thermostat up but it remained very chilly. Bar and restaurant experience seemed a bit confusing at the bar.

Everyone was so kind!! Thank you for the coffee in the morning. And Ken thank you for being so kind and greeting us. He goes above and beyond!

Absolutely loved this hotel and would go back to just to stay here!!

Thank you - our family settled into the apartment and enjoyed all of the creature comforts the hotel has to offer. Will stay again when in Cork.

Room was nice, but no climate control. Whatever management feels like, that what's you get. We opened the room window to get some air. Friendly and efficient, and I would even say, highly professional staff.

What a treat to be at the Montenotte for our last two nights in Ireland. Everything about our stay was superb! Staff, food, music, the overall ambience!! The grounds are magnificent with beautiful gardens filled with flower beds, and whimsical metal sculptures throughout. I highly recommend the Montenotte!

GORGEOUS hotel!!!!! Pay for the best room, you won’t regret it. My daughter LOVED the pool and I loved the fitness, sauna & steam rooms. Just lovely. Highly recommend!

5 star experience at a 4 star price

Out of the way.

The hotel is in a good location to downtown and on a hill nearby giving you a nice view. Once I went to Cork Center I could see there were plenty of restaurants and shopping there though parking was a challenge. The hotel has a good breakfast. I thought the dinner was ok - they had 4 main entrees not available because they were changing the menu the next week so that made it somewhat limited. The drinks at the bar were expensive. The room was nice but there wasn't any space to put away your clothing except a few hangers. I think they could have managed a dresser instead of a desk - it would be more appreciated. There was no ice on the floors (an American thing - I know). The handle to the bathroom door fell off and I would think housekeeping would notice that over 3 days. Anyway, a few changes would bring it up to 5 star. The staff was lovely!
