We had boked a "SPAA" room but they switched us to a "hammam" room instead. It was great.

Everything about our stay was terrific. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Sabrina. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was very tasty. Ortigia is an ideal place to stay, easily accessible to sites in Siracusa. We would definitely love to return

Very nice hotel and a great location on the water. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go.

Siracusa has been the highlight of our 10 days in Sicily so far and Algilà Ortigia was a great place to visit. Staff was friendly and several went out of their way to be helpful. We are good walkers and could walk to all parts of Ortigia, the island you want to stay on, and be there within 15 minutes. We had a junior suite that was large with several separate areas. Full service breakfast was good, not great. Bed was very big but not the most comfortable Despite these minor things, all four of us loved the hotel and location

The hotel’s customer service is exceptional both restaurant, reception and room service. The location is ideal. The only watch out is the standard double classic rooms are very small and often facing into a courtyard so a bit dark. I would recommend going for a superior or oven view room.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location for walking around Ortigia. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great and the room was clean and tastefully furnished. Great place in a beautiful part of Sicily.

Very conveniently situated in Ortigia, the old part of Siracusa.

Excellent accommodation catering for all our needs. Easy to walk to all attractions on Ortygia. Staff very helpful. No noise from the street at night. Dinner available, but plenty of alternative options closeby.

Marco at the front desk was fantastic! The rooftop hot tub for my suite was amazing, and the entire building is gorgeous.

Everything was lovely. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Room came equipped with fully stocked and included mini bar.

This was a lovely hotel, well located close to the town centre with very friendly staff, a well appointed room and excellent restaurant. To be recommended.

A very nice hotel with wonderful service. Excellent breakfast. Room (suite with rooftop terrace and jacuzzi) was a little disappointing for the price. Room was a bit small and bathroom facilities aging. Jacuzzi was excellent and rooftop view quite nice.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Great location. Across from the sea. Great restaurants Great service. On a down note though parking is valet only 30 Euros a day and to get your car back you have to call one hour ahead

Our room was cozy and the staff friendly. Decent breakfast and the location to the old city was great. Only complaint was the bathroom was too small and could use some updating. We enjoyed our stay.
