The air conditioning is very noisy

Our flight arrived at 8 pm. We walked over to the hotel. And walked back to the airport the next morning to pick up our rental car. We saved one day of car rental. Hotel is a bit outdated. Other than that, everything was fine.

Great Breakfast, close to the airport and quiet. The only negative was the complimentary lotion and hair conditioner botlles were not filled (empty).

Nicely maintained. Good location. Pleasant staff.

It could use a good cleaning. Plus when I have stayed at other Hampton Inns you had 2 bottles of water in your frig.

The hotel was under renovation. But the room was clean and comfortable.

Warm cookie waiting when I walked in! Were able to accommodate high floor request. Huge room and very quiet being right next to airport.

Shower was a little difficult to master with two shower heads, but ok after practise.

We had a midnight arrival after flying in from California. The night manager went above and beyond to help us get in and get settled. The hotel is so much quieter than similarly priced competitors (I'm looking at you Best Western Comfort) and so much nicer, renovated, and cleaner. I wanted to extend my stay at this location, but they were fully booked. I can see why. Going to the competitor after this was sad. I will look for Hampton Inns going forward. Great hot buffet breakfast! Even an off duty service staff was outgoingly friendly and saying thank you for staying with them when we were leaving. Professionalism is always expected, but sincere caring is above and beyond, and it is really heart touching to see. Not saying everyone has to do that, but just that these folks are clearly a special group. They exude kindness.

The only thing that I didn't like was there wasn't wifi on the first day and the next day breakfast was limited but i did understand that it was due to the hurricane.

There because of hurricane, glad to have clean comfortable room
