Very nice property compound and excellent service. However the amenities in the room are not complete eg not toothpaste etc and they provide only when asked. The pool is nice but too crowded and impossible to swim.

Look no further the best 5 star property on lake como ( we visited a few)- stunning views, close proximity to local towns, amazing staff. I’m shocked to see any reviews less than 5 star - I consider myself a well travelled guest and this hotel goes above and beyond.

I fell in love with this place. Early in the morning you open your eyes and find yourself in a fabulous place. All your dreams are starting to come true. Time stops and you are immersed in a parallel world. This is one of the best places on our earth. This hotel makes the impossible possible.

Beautiful location. Extremely professional staff. Would have appreciate an earlier check in. We were assigned a room at 4 pm.

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay at Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como. The property was without any question beautiful, inviting and welcoming. I would like to highlight the professionalism of the staff, who were well-informed and made excellent recommendations.

Lovely hotel. However, our room was sooo small. They could have at least miunt the TV to the wall to open some space. They have a table to place things on but they should place a dresser. We had one very small closet. They gave us a room all the way on the top of hill and so if you wanted assistance with golf cart, you would feel obligated to tip so imagine doing it 5 or 6 times. You jist spend your day tipping all day. Expensive stay for not a very comfortable stay.

2nd time at this property/resort since June 2021. Definitely not the caliber of the Mandarin Oriental Hotels like Bangkok, Barcelona or Miami. Work needed in terms of hospitality like staff re-training. Was better in 2021. Has definitely gone downhill since.

Best hotel in the world.

This hotel is just perfection, the team is super welcoming, they make us feel at home. Tuki ( my dog) is always filled with surprises and details, as well as us. The food was amazing, Silvia, Meriana, and all the team was flawless. Also the dock guys where super kind and helpful with us and the boat. Thanks again MO como, see you soon
