Convenient tp port. Staff very professional, helpful

A very clean and comfortable room. Location was very good-- right in the heart of the city. A very short and straight walk (about 10 minutes) from the train station. The cruise ship shuttle is about a block away. The hotel provided an outstanding breakfast.

A very nice older property. Very friendly staff. Very clean and bed was comfortable. All you need for a night. Definitely will stay here again.

Perfect hotel for a pre-cruise overnight stay. The room was okay as it was a bit dated, but the customer service was exceptional. The young man at the front desk when we checked in was very helpful. Even walked outside with us to show us where the port bus departed. Included breakfast was fine. Wi-Fi was a bit iffy as it depended upon how many people were trying to access it at the same time.

A very pleasant stay. Hotel personnel super friendly and helpful. Michael is a gem! Morning breakfast exceeded my expectations. Given a chance I definitely would stay there again, Thanks to all who work there😅

Close to free shuttle to cruise port

Great place to stay pre-cruise. Only a very short walk to free shuttle. Reception guy was great. Very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location for our pre cruise hotel. Friendly staff. Ac works well in rooms. Beds a little uncomfortable but ok for a night. Breakfast included and was good.Balcony was looking like it was going to fall apart. Good location for walking around. Would stay again.

We choose this hotel because it is very close to the cruise port pickup location in Civitavecchia. OK for a one-night stay but no longer. Room, we stayed in was dated and bathroom needed updating. Good Capuchino for breakfast but hardly anything else to eat.

Great place to stay before cruise. Free port shuttle 30 feet or so from door. Shower was very small but for price and location, it’s a good place to stay.
