Need to add cups and better towels and sleepers

Hotel was fair. Noisy in mornings. Weekend breakfast full so had to return after an hour. Note they reserve full price of your stay on credit card AND then ask you to pay full price too

Great bar, breakfast and room with good location

excellent location, easily walkable to the town centre along the lake side. Room was clean and comfortable, and parking simple and straightforward.

Cheapest hotel in Lugano. Good quality hotel. I stay there a lot when travelling for business. Would thoroughly recommend.

clean and provided all the basics you need, helpful staff, central, free train ticket is great! 30 swiss for a late 6pm checkout was perfect

Well, the staff was amazing, friendly, supportive and smiley. the hotel is clean, nice but very basic. when I asked for a steamer to unwrinkle my suite, they do not have one. not a biggie, but still, when one travels to Lugano to meet banks, it is essential! Pitty no one was thinking of this and other small details that makes the stay a pleasure.

Mininalistic rooms but fine for the value, very good service. Includes transportation ticket and discount to cable car. Walking distance to lake and mount San Salvadore.
