For early check in request of guests, we do allow this but this will really depend on the occupancy of the hotel. This is to give our Housekeeping Team ample time to prepare the room vacated by a previous guest. For the hair dryer concern, this was already checked by our Maintenance Team; issue was rectified. As for the WiFi issue, the hotel is currently upgrading this feature. Rest assure that such will no longer be encountered on your future stays with us.
