Cool room on arrival. Stone tiled floor, obviously not glass friendly. One small armchair. Switched radiator on and went to main hotel lounge - also quite cool. Temperature was 1°C outside and there were no fires on. On our last visit a few years ago, we were in a large carpeted room in the main hotel which had a sofa at the end of the bed. The very large bathroom also had a walkin shower.

Second time we’ve stayed here and it’s just lovely. Warm and welcoming, lovely staff and rooms are very well kitted out. The food is really excellent and breakfast was particularly well organised with a wide choice of food all of which was first rate. We love it here and we will definitely be back.

Super room (Muckle) - very comfortable. Breakfast was ok but not top notch and a better selection would have been welcome. Even as dog likers but not owners there were a few too many pooches in the dining room. A quiet lounge area would have been welcome. But overall a very relaxing break.

Lovely hotel. Spent three nights in a suite, food (breakfasts, dinner & Sunday lunch) were delicious. Decor throughout hotel is stylish but it maintains a cosy welcoming feel. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful of every level. Stay with my dog, room beautiful and we were both warmly welcomed. Food delicious. Service extremely friendly high recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at Beadnell Towers, the room was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed a great breakfast. Staff were friendly and thoughtful and seemed to be enjoying their work which makes a huge difference.

Mostly service was amazing, but with a couple of exceptions. Food was lovely but overpriced. A small crab sandwich- £14. The hotel was unbelievably hot. Oppressively so. On our first morning there was no hot water- so cold showers. The main issue- the hotel caters for local passing trade. This meant it was really a pub with rooms. No space prioritised for guests. Overall, it was not worth the 200 + a night plus food.

All Staff were excellent and attentive. Room was compact but very well laid out and decorated beautifully

The staff were very good. Especially the guys in the restaurant and bar. Would highly recommend

Absolutely beautiful wherever you look at, it's insane and it was a real treat spending some time there. Our only regret was not being able to get there earlier since our trip was delayed. Breakfast buffet is complete and delicious and the service from the staff was just so friendly, polite and amazing! There are self parking spaces and there's no elevator, but that's part of the charm. The town and the beach are charming and lovely as well. We weren't expecting all the good things we got from staying here. Would absolutely come back and stay here!

Amazing visit to celebrate a birthday, the rooms are fantastic and food amazing! Could not complement the staff enough for their professionalism and nothing being a problem. Plus … happy hour cocktails 😁

Expensive for what you get. Small bedroom.

Great stay. Brilliant staff, good food and a great location. Only issue was we were in upper flor of coach house and kitchen vent was close to skylight, which despite being closed let strong fatty smells into room. Highly recommended but make sure you are not in upper Coach House room. We raised the issue but as the hotel was fully booked there was little they could do.

A first class operation. Major attention to detail leaving us sorry to leave. A definite return !
