Great stay in Hyatt House in one of the one bedroom suites. Pet friendly. Well worth having the extra space. Kitchen had all that you need but tons of amenities on site. Staff excellent. Breakfast was good too. Would recommend and visit again.

Fantastic location if you’re going to the London Stadium. Staff are outstanding, from reception through to the restaurant/bar staff. The breakfast was superb, can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

Great location

Great hotel, perfectly located for shops and ABBA Voyage. Rooms spacious and the building well maintained. Reception check in was also easy and welcoming.

We were able to check in a bit early which was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. Laundry facilities were convenient. Breakfast buffet was excellent - nice variety and good food.

I was a late arrival and was told I was technically a no show, wasn’t the best welcome! The room itself was tired and well below my expectations. See pictures. Urine stains up the walls, worn out trims etc. Way below what I expect from Hyatt.

Perfect location, friendly staff, beautiful suites and a nice breakfast. Very close to the best shopping mall in London. Metro station nearby. Highly recommended hotel

Excellent choice of hotel for purpose of our visit. Although busy the hotel was quiet so sleep was undisturbed. We chose a room with a kitchen and it was equipped with all that was required. Access to transport links was so easy. Large shopping mall with numerous shops, cinema and eating outlets right on the doorstep. Friendly and helpful staff. .

Spacious room with nice finishes. The small kitchen was great for nights when we just wanted to pop down to M&S for food. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of options and the staff was very helpful. Easy step free access to the tube station and other transport links. And all for a great price for London!

This is my third stay and hopefully wont be the last. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean, quiet, spacious and well equipped. The staff are the most friendly, efficient and pleasant I have encountered in any London hotels, especially the doormen, the gentleman who was on duty at reception most days and the French lady at breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Room was good. Nice size with amenities , which we did not use but would on a longer stay. Shower was amazing and the products were. So good. Right in the shopping centre , by all the shops and restaurants and yet a quiet retreat. The staff at the bar were very poor , but other than that it was excellent.

Check in was a little late but everything else was excellent. Loved the room and breakfast!

It was easy accessible the staff were helpful and polite
