It is very clean dinner and breakfast were super amazing. Most importantly the staff are very friendly. Great services. I will come back next time. Hot spring was so clean and relaxing.

food is average, but the accommodation is wonderful. we had a room with private osen.

Staff service is very kindly. We were able to enjoy our dinner in-room with our 4 months old newborn without creating a fuss to the surrondings. The onsen facilities is very good and hotel staff is flexible to adjust according to our needs. Superb experience!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a great dinner in our room. The onsen baths were nice and had some variety. The hotel also offered a shuttle service to the town center.

The quality for everything. I mean everything is awesome. my wife and I love the facility , the private onsen, the food, the experience. The food is so good that it is beyond our imagination. We stay for 2 nights and it is well worth it.

This was an amazing experience for my husband and I to experience local Japanese Roykan. The service was impeccable and there was nothing that we asked for that they couldn't provide. We speak no Japanese, but we were able to communicate with the staff there. The food was very traditional style, which is what we wanted to experience, and was top notch. We were able to confirm the use of the private bath facility when we arrived, which made it even more wonderful. The Amira area was very quiet as it was off season, but we thoroughly enjoyed walking throught he narrow streets and local shops. We would stay there again if our travels took us to this area of the world

Location is kind of far from the station, have to walk 7 mins uphill to the hotel, make sure you don’t bring too many luggage.

Amazing experience in a traditional Japanese room sleeping on Japanese futons. Food was incredible. The onsen bath was ok.

Acceptable hotel with easy access to the restaurants and 5 minutes drive to the beach. However, the room is smelly and too warm for summer. There is no air-conditioning outside the rooms.

Overall a nice place to stay for the family. The room is smaller than expected though. Good service but they did have a surprisingly expensive hotel damage charge caused by a baby.

I was told I need to pay extra for my son(4 years) for hotel facilities (not bed or food, purely just to stay in hotel) even I have notified them at the beginning when I made the booking. The website should reflect the cost of kids. I felt that’s a rip-off (even that might be the policy) because I don’t have a choice when I standing at check in counter in the hotel. Also serving staff changed in the middle of the dinner and the later one seems in a bit of rush. Weird.

Must take the train car (not covered by JR) to this location from JR Sannomiya Station. 10 minute walk up a steep hill from the Arimaonsen Station to the hotel. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and accommodating. Spoke English well enough to check in and get help that we needed. Offered hotel room and onsen instructions in English. My room had a private onsen in the restroom so I didn't need to be concerned with using the 7F public onsen. They provide a private onsen to be rented/booked for a fee. The room has a menu in the room for you to order food or drinks. They prepare your futons after dinner time. The room is spacious and clean. The toliet, sink, and restroom was spotless. It provides shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels, yukata to wear, toothbrushes, lotion and more with no additional costs. The hot springs water was the perfect level of hot. There was a TV in the restroom to watch as you sit there as well. Outside, near the hotel building, there is a beverage vending machine and small Shinto shrine you may pay 200¥ for an omikuji (fortune provided various languages including English). If you purchase a meal for your room, you will pay the costs at the front desk the morning you check out. We checked out at 7am to catch a train with no problem.
