Tiny room, air con did not work properly and staff did not know how to fix it.

Over night stay here to break up the driving distance. Front desk was helpful as the carpark overflowed to the opp public parking area. He came out to direct us. Basic, clean hotel but could do better with soundproofing. Best with car and driving as the location is a bit far off. Good for a stopover.

The hotel is located in a quiet area. The car park ( free of charge ) is a few minutes walk away. Their staff are polite and attentive. Rooms are tight but well equipped for short stays. WiFi is very strong in the rooms. The hot water spa is also quite small, and are used alternatively for males and females at different time slots.

The hotel is far from Kumamoto downtown. If you have plan to explore in Kumamoto downtown I won't recommend. It takes about 40 minutes from Kumamoto Castle to Yatsushiro by car. However, the staff is very helpful and can communicate in English very well. The service is very impressive.

基本的には清潔にしてありました。部屋の机の上にあった、館内案内等を立てる小物にホコリが残っていたので、少し気になりました。ロビーのトイレに、赤ちゃんのおむつ替えシートがあったらよかった。

大浴場もあり、快適でした。 ただ、エアコンの音がうるさくて少し寝づらい感じでした。

윙 인터내셔널 이즈미도 이용해봤는데 이 체인호텔은 대체적으로 만족스러웠어요.

値段なりのホテルです

言葉づかいが良くて、スタッフの気遣い、対応がとても良かった。温泉もあるので気持ちいいです、

周辺に食べるところが少なく、ホテル1階の居酒屋に入りました。

朝食付きプランで5連泊しましたが、禁煙ルームが満室で喫煙ルームに宿泊。喫煙ルームのわりににおいが抑えられていました。次回は禁煙ルームに泊まりたいですが。。。 サービスは良いかと思います。

隣の部屋が気になりました。

ゆっくりと出来るホテルでした。

スタッフの方も優しく、ホテルも綺麗でした。空港から晩白柚号が出ていてホテルの前でとまるのですごく助かりました。
