Endroit propre , papier de toilette déjà entamé.. peu de savon . Chambre très froide à l’arrivée. Mais dans l’ensemble tout était correcte déjeuner parfait je recommande

Bien et propre mais vieux. Se qu’il faut savoir, pas de shampoing.

The bedroom was really outdated. We stayed in a room with a very old carpet, squeaky floors, and very noisy bed. It was impossible to move in bed or going to the bathroom without waking everyone. Normally, my children (10&11) don’t complain but they did during our stay. Although the hotel was almost empty they were very quick at telling us that we had to check out at 11:10. It’s too bad because I like the location.

There was a hockey tournement with lots of kids that were running in the corridors between 8PM and 10h30PM, yelling and knocking on doors. Hotel should have security and hold parents accountable l.

I've been disapointed by the service. The front desk didn't have any flexibility on earlier check-in, even 15 minutes before 4pm. Lots of customers were waiting when suddently it became available at 4.. Room looked partialy renovated , comfort was acceptable but could be much better.

Bel hôtel qualité-prix ! Mais évitez flette là en même là en même temps que des équipes d’hockey ! Du bruits, des cris, des courses dans le corridor, des tocs tocs dans les portes et ce jusqu’à 2hrs du matin malgré plusieurs plaintes! Une nuit épouvantable! Sérieusement les parents, occupez vous de vos enfants au lieu de faire le party !

Amazing hotel staff was friendly and helpful, spoke English which for small town is not usual. We travel a lot and this I have to say was one of the better taken properties that we've been to. Great sit down breakfast. Worth the money you pay most definitely.

Cet hôtel est propre, mais il est bas de gamme avec chambre ayant un minimum de service (café, produits de toilette, etc.).

La chambre que l'on avait n'était pas à la hauteur de nos attente. Lits tres inconfortables. Salle de bain désuète.

Good for the night

Loved our stay and would definitely would stay again.The only complaint is the breakfast was cold and the swimming pool water was cold .

The buffet breakfast is included and foods are excellent. There are hot and cold fresh vegetables which usually not offered by other hotels for breakfast.

Hotel seemed a little lifeless. However there were lots of people at the very good breakfast. The hotel has a restaurant - but it was not open, except for breakfast, on weekdays The hotel needs to improve sound-proofing. We had a very heavy footed person in the room above us. We had a room 'with balcony'. Perhaps that is just a bad translation from the Canadian French. The room was actually a ground floor room with a door to an outside patio.
