I stayed in the room 1101. The air condition in that room had problem. I told receptionist in the morning already but it seemed like they couldn’t fix it even after a day long. I slept in very cold room that made me sick after that (1 more thing that I didn’t want to call them at midnight because surely they couldn’t fix it at that time). Another very bad experience: I didn’t eat anything in the room but when I check out, they said I ate 1 noodle (I even hadn’t seen it in my room). The second day I stayed, they called and informed that they took a cake from the minibar in my room. So I thought they missed something here. But it took my time when I checked out and was so annoyed!

The hotel is located in the central area, walking to Ha Long market, Vincom. The room is spacious and clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is nice, there is one point I really like is the juice made from fresh, self-pressed stuff.
