Staff is very pleasant, professional and attentive to your every need. The attention to detail is so impressive, one of the highlights of our Portugal trip. We were tempted to keep it a secret for fear once word gets out it will become everyone’s favorite!

Staying in the castle was amazing! We explored the grounds after hours which was unreal. The bed was stiff however. The food was great. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially when I dropped my phone from the castle wall into a vacant backyard. Definitely memorable in a good way.

From start to finish this was one of the best experiences we have had in Portugal. The entire staff are friendly, happy and extremely helpful. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was outstanding! A 10 out of 10! Our room was like something out of a fairytale.

Our stay at the Pestana Castelo de Óbidos has been spectular. The reception was helpful and helped us with any questions that we had. Breakfast service was amazing with lots of options. The decor and the restaurant were warm, rustic, and invitinv All of the staff were very kind. Leandro, in particular, was very attentive and made sure that we had everything that we needed. Would definitely recommend anyone who is planning on taking a trip here to Óbidos to stay and enjoy the wonderful place.

Excellent, first class attention and service. Leadro Rojas was attentive and a fabulous host. The food was very good. I recommend the cod. When you combine the food, service and views, this is truly a expectional dinning experience. Bravo!
