The rooms have been renovated and are quite good, but the hotel facilities and cleanliness are terrible. It looks like it's been neglected.

The hotel atmosphere is a bit scary and old, but apart from that, the room is actually fine, reasonable for the price and what is provided, it just needs a lot of rejuvenation, there is still a chance to improve, it would be a shame if it doesn't improve. The hotel is like a graveyard. The water is brown. The toilet is dirty. The room smells.

Not as pictured. Traveloka 3 stars turned out not to be up to par. Once. The first time I took a shower, the water was already off

The staff is very nice and helpful, the hotel room is spacious and comfortable, only the bathroom sometimes has water that doesn't flow smoothly.

TV broadcasts are often lost, room door locks are not good, hot water is not good.

Firstly, all the staff are friendly, during my 1 week stay here it was comfortable, the rooms were clean and spacious. The place is a bit scary, hihi, but the rest is ok. Needs extra care and rejuvenation of the facilities.

The hotel is very dirty, from the start when you enter the grounds are not maintained. The room also had a lot of dirty dust, the AC leaked and almost flooded if it didn't catch the dripping water. The AC uses a trash box. The swimming pool water is really dirty. Breakfast with a rice box, hihihi, I hope this old hotel can be renovated.

As reviewed mostly, the building is poorly maintained, lacks improvement, such as locks, etc. But the rooms are still very comfortable and clean. Unfortunately the carpet in the room has been removed. Another thing, I liked the higher senior staff, very friendly, well known about security. Will stay here again when I go to Bandar Lampung, hopefully with better conditions, amen.

Good friendly clean place but it's a bit scary, so far it's safe.

1. I was asking for smoking room but they didn'd gave any infomation if they don't have it before I arrived. 2. Room's door old key. 3. Bathroom door can't cloesed properly. 4. Dirty room and diry for all the equipment/tools/device included bathroom. 5. Not proper/OLD and UGLY shower equipment

The hotel is old, but the inside of the room has been renovated to be more modern. My suggestion is the courtyard and lobby should be renovated to make it look better.
