Hotel staff helpful, polite, fast response

Close to everywhere, if you want to have coffee across the street, there is an expat, walk a little to the side and there is a Pison. Try the breakfast, the food is delicious even though the variety is not much, I tried 3 days of breakfast there, the menu is not much different. The staff deserves a thumbs up, the service is very friendly and very helpful. The room is okay, there is a balcony that can be used to dry clothes for backpackers. Cleanliness is all okay, only the towels are lacking, my suggestion is to bring your own towel.

The receptionist who served vocational high school trainees hadn't been fully trained, so there was no hospitality. I booked several rooms, one for 6 days, and the other two for one-night stays. I got a double bed: The bed and pillows were very comfortable, but I got a room facing the main road, which was very noisy and disruptive. I moved to a twin room and asked for a room not facing the main road, and it was comfortable and quiet. Therefore, for those of you staying here, you MUST request a room not facing the main road. Breakfast was not very good: 1. Cleanliness was lacking. 2. The jam on the bread was very strange. 3. The bread also tasted strange. 4. There were small German cockroaches. 5. The restaurant was very hot because there was no fan or air conditioning. 6. The cutlery was not up to hotel standards, some of it was chipped but still set up.

Worth the price! Good location to stay, near Expat Coffee, Alfamart, Pison Coffee, Pepito, and many more.

room is decent sized but needs freshening up as it feels and look old (stains, wear & tear visible everywhere)- i guess you really get what you pay for but overall it was still a decent stay, staff were extremely kind :) location is the most amazing, minimart, good coffee, medical clinic , good restaurants, beach are within walking distances.

The receptionist should be more attentive to first-time guests checking in, and if possible, escort them so that new guests feel appreciated and informed about their rooms. This will prevent guests from having to return to reception if the key doesn't work, etc. Cleanliness should be improved. The loose curtains should be tidied up. Thank you.

I've been wanting to stay here for a long time, finally.. I got a room that met all my requests, at the end but it was comfortable.. everything was ok.. breakfast menu was ok but the taste was ok.. unfortunately the parking facilities were a bit difficult, when I went out a bit late the parking lot was already full and I had to give the key to the security.. I also got a scratched car souvenir but that was the risk because the location was really on the side of the road.. overall ok..

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. Especially the location was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone
