I’m just was here this weekend for my sons basketball tournament and they welcomed us with open arms accepting our loud and silly teenage boys.

It was very clean but in need of updating. The furniture was very worn

Beds were so very comfortable. All the staff were very helpful and kind. The Breakfast was very clean and relaxing. I would visit this comfort inn again.

This was clean and quiet and a two minute drive from old sturbridge village

Very nice place but a bit noisy. Convenient to many attractions. Will stay here again. Breakfast was quite nice. Check in very easy.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. My only recommendation would be is to have more outlets that were easily accessible.

Needed to change rooms to get heat. Full height toilets were only available in rooms designated as handicapped and the few they had were all taken.

BEWARE WHAT RATE OPTION YOU CHOOSE! I accidentally booked the incorrect date and was not allowed to even change the date. So TRIPLE check before you book here. They don’t even allow changes to certain bookings, so you can’t even change it to a future date for credit. BEWARE!!

Location next to gas station with a good market and also next to Cracker Barrel. Breakfast spread was very nice and the 2 women who took care of it were top notch. The hot tub jets didnt work, and you could hear a beeping behind the pool equipment door. Young man at the desk said ge didnt know how to fix it and that was tge end of it. We were not put in the building that their ad shiws but a small lackluster 1 story area that had guests with dogs.(didnt hear any barking though) the sink area had quite a bit of wear brown paste wax would have made it presentable. Only 1 loose hook in the bathroom for your clothes or towel during showering. Bed was flat/hard but plenty of pillows. Just underwhelming fo over $500 for 2 nights.

The bed was awful. Woke up with one hell of a back ache!!! The parking area is a bit confusing!

Stayed overnight with our boys and dog. Jake checked us in, great attitude and friendly. Nice area in the side for pets to go potty with baggies and receptacle. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfy. It was a little noisy at night due to a wedding after party, but not the hotel’s fault. The complimentary breakfast was nice, eggs, sausage, muffins, fruit, yogurt and a waffle making station. Would come back.
