Liked hotel and grounds, private beach, friendly staff and breakfast very good Didn’t like the closure of the Greek restaurant in the evenings, the I’ll Borro restaurant overpriced

The stuff is very kind and hospitality. The view is wonderful. The roon is big and clean. The breakfast is tasty and fresh.

Fantastic holiday. Great beach. Friendly staff. Very nice par 3 golf course. Excellent options for food. Small issue with room was resolved the next day by the hotel manager himself.

It’s so expensive if they could charge people about breathing they would have do it

Everything was beautifull, except that the ac in the room does not work.

We stayed for three nights. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are updated and very elegant. We did not have air conditioning though so our room never got below 27C. The breakfast was very nice and the staff was sweet and accommodating. The restaurants are all nice as well.

This is a large resort hotel & we were so relaxed there we deciided to stay another full day to enjoy it. Breakfast buffet was huge & delicious & service was friendly & helpful. Our room was immaculate & modern & spacious, view was incredible. Lovely pool & beach, multiple restaurants & free taxi via BOAT offered.

Very nice place to stay to rest and enjoy the pristine beach.

The room was very nice but the overall location is a little inconvenient. The road outside is very small and there is limited transportation to the surrounding hotel restaurants. The service is good but they charge for everything, even ice. It was a $5 for a bucket of ice. We didn’t eat at any of the hotel restaurants as there are plenty of options around but nothing within walking distance. We will probably choose a different hotel next time

The service was incredible. Everyone was warm and helpful the entire trip. The beach, the pools, the grounds were impressive.

Older rooms, high cost for sept 5 -9th. Not a five or four star resort, 3.5 star at best. Restaurants were overpriced and food was terrible. Beach bar was good. Spa was ok, golf was good. The grounds were well kept. The location was not the best.

Lovely resort in beautiful setting. Nice big room with private pool. Great pool, watersports and kids club. Relaxing and quiet. Excellent service; all staff really friendly and welcoming. The hotel is quite far out from town and the Restaurants on site were rather expensive but we had a car so we explored and ate out in Elounda and Plaka which was lovely and highly recommended. I would say some parts of the hotel are quite dated and decor could do with modernising but this did not affect our enjoyment! My son had fun at the Valencia Soccer academy too.

Large, well appointed rooms. We chose a room without a pool. Excellent facilities, staff, breakfast. Beach is small. Crete is larger than you would think and Chania and other West Crete points of interest are too far away to really enjoy. The neighboring town of Aghios Nikolaos is charming and the drive to Siteia and Vai beach is spectacular. Only real complaint: Rather pricey.

Schönes weitläufiges Hotel und Anlage mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Es ist einfach sehr laut mit vielen Kindern das muss man wissen. Personal sehr herzlich und kundenorientiert.

Posto bellissimo mare eccezionale albergo molto bello ma purtroppo abbiamo avuto una camera piccola e obsoleta Ristoranti magnifici sia per cibo ma soprattutto per location. Spiaggia ordinata pulita e funzionale Servizio in spiaggia ottimo Servizio alberghiero pessimo Inesistente il servizio di Guest Relation Consierge... chi l’ha visto..?

grand complexe multi hôtels. chambre avec piscine relativement confortable (lit un peu dur) mais la piscine est entre deux murs relativement hauts ce qui coupe la lumière et on a l'impression d'être en prison. La plage privée est relativement petite, ok en basse/moyenne saison. très bon service au bar de plage et au restaurant pour le petit déjeuner. La carte restaurant pour manger tard en chambre est très réduite - un peu limite pour un hôtel qui est relativement cher. Le golf compact 9 trous (double départs pour faire 18) est très bien pour s'entrainer.
