We stayed at this hotel for transit before taking the shinkansen. Very close to the train station. Just walk +/- 50 meters and arrive at McDonald's, which is at the north exit of the station. The hotel has drinking water stations on each floor.

Comfy bed and pillow, lots of toiletries so basically no need to bring your own, hairdryer is so helpful with ion (i almost bring home ;p just kidding) very near to station and shops very convenient, premium location. Overall very satisfied, wish could stay longer.

Front desk staffs were very helpful. We checked in in the middle of the night. English spoken staffs were quick to attend to our needs of more bottle water to our rooms. Informative regarding Marriott member benefits. Rooms are spacious, clean, amenities were great (band aid is a bonus point). Location is great, nothing to complain really. Having a swimming pool would really be a plus point, in my opinion.

Very comfortable. This is my second time at this hotel. The receptionist is very friendly, I got upgrade because when I’m check in it’s my birthday. The room is very very cozy. The hotel location is very near with shin-osaka Station, just cross the streets. Very recommended hotel

Its adjacent location with Shin-Osaka Station is a very strategic hotel, we can easily take the train to various interesting tourist destinations in Osaka, even if you want to go to another city, such as to Kyoto, just take the JR West until you get there . Even if you want to go to Tokyo, just take the Shinkansen train ... it's also available at Shin Osaka Station. Hotel facility? Very well available, spacious and clean rooms. We highly recommend!

This hotel is pretty good. The room is quite comfortable and the bathroom is clean. Hotel employees are very communicative. The hotel is very close to Osaka Station, making travel very easy everywhere.

The location is adjacent to the Shin-Osaka station. The rooms are spacious compared to hotel rooms in japan in general kecil2. Comfortable.

Once we asked the room service to heat our food & they did it pleasantly. We were very satisfied with the location & the receptionist were very helpful to give some informations about Osaka transportation.
