Clean and luxuary

Great location transport to Nikko literally 5 minutes away and the main station about 25 minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants and things to do as well.

It is an older property. Location close to government offices, restaurants and shopping. The local bus service is good.

Convenient

It's nice cozy hotel, on grand floor there is a restaruant and you can enjoy buffet. Walkable to convenience store.

Whenever I go to Utsunomiya, I always pass by this hotel and kept thinking to myself that I wanted to stay there even for a night. Now it came to reality and it didn't fail me. Me and my husband were so happy with our stay. The best one so far! ❤️

Great hotel - large room, friendly staff, good location.

The room was clean but the bed (although a good size) was uncomfortable. I could feel every spring in the mattress.

Very nice to stay. Large room with comfortable furnitures. The couple of bad thing was no coffee at the room and one of restaurants at the second floor. Without explanation the guy just didn't allow to enter. Not sure it was fully book in the early dinner time or not but just said "No". Heard from front desk that we need to book it but hard to believe. I know some Japanese places doesn't want to have foreigners.

My room have a lovely view of the mountains. The room was a nice size for a solo traveller.

Great location for shopping and sightseeing around the city. Close enough to the main train station. Getting around the city is mostly by bus or taxi from there. It was an overall great stay in Utsunomiya.

I recently stayed at the Tobu Hotel during a business trip. The hotel itself is neat and relatively modern. It's a 20 minute walk from the train station, or 1000Yen in a taxi. I enjoyed the stay, but next time would stay at one of the many hotels closer to Utsunomiya Station.

Clean rooms, good service but thin walls. I could clearly hear the party going on next to my room late, late one night. Called to the front desk and they took care of it. Breakfast buffet was par for the course.

夕方のチェックインが混む時間帯は、客を待たせないような体勢をつくっていただけたら助かります。 また、利用させていただきます。

繁華街やコンビニにも近く大変便利でした。ホテルスタッフの方々も感じ良くお部屋も清潔感がありました。

宇都宮駅からはバス10分か徒歩20分（火）かかります。 古き良きフロントは今の若者に受けそう。 ホテル裏に有名な餃子屋さんの本店があります（宇都宮駅前にも支店ありますが） コンビニも2軒近くにあり便利です。 ただ、設備が古く、清掃も少し雑です。

ちょっと古い建物ですが清潔だし、広くて気持ちよかったです。 受付のスタッフの対応が良かった。

繁華街にも近く非常に便利。 タワーパーキングではないのでSUV車でも駐車できる点もgood！
