so much devastating, we were charged for wiping the spilled coke, they didn't answer if we slipped inside the room, so we wiped the rest of our feet, and then they said it was illegal to pay 500 pesos for that. not recommended this hotel

Even though my reservation is good for 2 nights which I booked a month earlier, the front desk staff told me they received my 2nd night reservation late which caused my room unaccessible with the key card. What stupidity when I showed to them my reservation upon my check in. The least they can do is ti call me before end of my 1st night which is a normal protocol for hotels.

after I book one day in app pay 5k plus I think on the second day I extend and pay 7000 cash ..they book me old room from the start ..not good room just like they post here in app ..and the food service very bad you pay cash in room dining and my order takes one hour and half ..I order Kare Kare and adobong pusit only ..and by dinner I make sure it will come 30 minutes only ..I call the hotel manager ..I order ice cream insidentally I fall in the floor I use their towel.amd after my check out they want me to charge 550 peso for old towel ..I said how come ..?? I'm from Manila but they don't treat me well and I said it's my first time here but never to comeback again ..I had a very very bad experience in this hotel ..the hotel taxi always charge me 450 near or far ..huh😠

First time to experience ‘brownout’ in a hotel not only once but twice! Asked the people from the front desk when will the electricity be restored and all they said was they don’t know!!! The way they talked over the phone was very rude and not even apologetic for the power interruption!!

The hotel staff is commendable. But the hotel itself is average; so much noise even in the middle of the night.
