Blood stain on the mattress. This should not happen. Blanket was very itchy. Told the staff to change. The staff was friendly. Name toon. He is very good. He manage to get the house keeping to clean and change for me. Thanks to toon

The hotel area is good, the atmosphere is good...but the room I stayed in was not ok. There was very little breakfast.

Good atmosphere, good/large swimming pool, large reception counter and restaurant. Food is not as diverse as it should be. Price is ok, not expensive.

พนักงานให้เข้าไปห้องพัก เจอแต่มดกับแมลงเยอะมาก เหมือนไม่ได้ตั้งใจทำความสะอาด ทีวีดูไม่ได้ก็ตอบแค่ว่าไม่มีสัญญาณ ไม่มีการให้เปลี่ยนห้องหรือโทรมาพูดอะไรเลน โทรขอเมนูอาหารไป บอกจะเอาขึ้นมาให้แต่ก็ไร้วี่แวว ควรปรับปรุงด้วยนะคะ

พนักงาน พูดจาดี แต่ทำสัหน้าไม่ดี แบบ พูดไม่เต็มใจ 555 บริการ พอใช้ได้ แต่สิ่ง สำคัญ มีนักท่องเทียวทำทัพพีหล่นตอนอาหารเช้า พนักงานเอาผ้าเช็ดแล้วให้ใช้ต่อ ไม่เปลี่ยนและไม่ล้าง สกปรกมาก ไม่ไปพักต่อแล้ว

เข้าพักห้องติดสระน้ำ สบายสะดวก อยู่ติดล้อบบี้ ห้องอาหาร ใกล้ลานจอดรถ พนักงานให้การต้องดี ช่วยเหลือดี โรงแรมอาจจะมีอายุ แต่ก็ดูแลได้ดี สะอาด และได้ราคาไม่สูงในช่วงโลซีซัน ถือว่าดีนะ ข้อติ เวลาอาบน้ำ น้ำมันจะไหลออกจากห้องน้ำมาที่พื้นห้อง แก้ไขส่วนนี้นิดหน่อยเอง

***ขอร้องเรียน***วันนี้ไป check-in ในตอนเวลาประมาณ 17.30 pm เข้าห้องไปแล้วพบว่าพื้นห้องของโรงแรมสกปรกมาก มีทั้งเศษผม ปีกแมลง และฝุ่นเต็มทั่วพื้นห้อง เหมือนไม่มีการทำความสะอาด ไม่ประทับใจในการบริการของพนักงานโรงแรม  โทษกันไปกันมา อ้างว่าไม่มีห้องเปลี่ยนให้ใหม่ อ้างว่าแม่บ้านเลิกงานกันหมดแล้ว แก้ปัญหาโดยการให้พนักงานหน้า front จะมาช่วยทำความสะอาดให้ แต่ทางดิฉันเสียความรู้สึกมากก ไม่คิดว่าโรงแรมระดับห้องราคาหลักพันขึ้นไป จะเป็นแบบนี้ ทำให้หมดใจที่จะอยากเข้าพัก จึงตัดสินใจ check-out และออกจากโรงแรมในทันที ทั้งนี้ทางโรงแรมอ้างว่าขอเงินคืนไม่ได้ เพราะจองผ่าน online agent จึงอยากร้องเรียนทาง online agent ว่าในกรณีเช่นนี้จะสามารถช่วยอะไรดิฉันได้บ้าง เพราะทางดิฉันเสียเปรียบอย่างมากกกับเงินที่จ่ายไป แม้ว่าจะเป็นการตัดสินใจของทางดิฉันเองที่จะ check-out ออกจากโรงแรมทันทีก็ตาม แต่ตอนกดซื้อนั้นก็ไม่คาดคิดเลยว่าจะเจอเจอเหตุการณ์เช่นนี้ เพราะเราไม่สามารถรู้ได้เลยว่าบริการของโรงแรมนี้เป็นอย่างไร และคิดว่าถ้าใครได้เจอเหตุการณ์เช่นนี้คงไม่มีใจที่จะอยากเข้าพักแน่นอน ดิฉันขอความเห็นใจกับทาง online agent ด้วยค่ะ จะขอบคุณเป็นอย่างยิ่ง รบกวนติดต่อกลับค่ะ

ห้องที่พักได้แบบห้องเชื่อม 2 ห้อง วิวสระน้ำดูดี ห้องริม แต่ข้อเสียคือประตูห้องดูไม่แข็งแรง แอร์ห้องพักมีเสียงดังและน้ำแอร์หยดเมื่อใช้งานนานๆ ห้องน้ำไม่มีประตูปิด ห้องค่อนข้างเก่า อาหารเช้าไม่ค่อยหลากหลาย
