Cool place!

Very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean and mold free bath/shower.

This property is beautiful and the room was very spacious and decorating was upscale

Not clean at all. Broken tiles in shower, missing drain cover, sink wouldn’t drain, window shade wouldn’t go down, hairline shower, dirty around shower and sink. Someone’s belongings were left in the bathroom. Unfortunately it won’t let me add videos.

Housekeeping knocked on our door despite us having a do not disturb sign on the door

I had some leftover food which we wanted to reheat. It was in a microwaveable container, so I went to the desk to see if there were some paper plates somewhere. The desk clerk said no, checked with the restaurant which said they only had metal plates, so that became kind of a pain. I found something in my car which I made work, but that shouldn't have been necessary. At breakfast the next morning I saw that there were paper plates available, so obviously there were paper plates in the building. It seems to me there should have been a simpler answer to my question.

Embassy is usually my preferred hotel because of their service and amenities; unfortunately, this was not the case for this stay. The room was not clean, with stains on the duvet and even a booger behind the pillow. There was no body wash in the shower bottle, and when I requested a replacement, they informed me they were out of body wash. For what we paid, this shouldn’t have been a two-star experience, but in this case, it was. The only positive was their restaurant; otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Enormous hotel always bustling with activity. The lobby is very nice. The spacious suites are in generally good condition but looking tired in some areas. Sliding bathroom door doesn’t close all the way. Nice big TVs in the sitting and sleeping rooms. The included breakfast was good with excellent made-to-order omelettes. Grain & Cane is a fantastic restaurant accessible from the parking lot or the lobby. I would stay again.

Easy and fast

Room not clean, no water in the room, no water in the gym, staff not always very friendly

Due to covid, I can not make it on time. But the hotel can't help me to move the dates. No refund 700 dollar for two nights. We will not come back again.

We had a wonderful time. Rooms were updated. Breakfast was very nice, could stay open a bit later. Staff at front desk was so helpful and friendly. Restaurant connected to hotel was very good. Will stay here again.
