It's a good and comfortable hotel. Personel are very polite and they know what they do. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Every room has got a good separate air condition. The shower was hot and clean. There is iron in rooms and ironing table. The food portion was very small. The dining area was very clean and big. There was nothing missing on the table. Very careful personel. It's in city center and there is everything around you need. Recomended Thanks for SSC tour for hosting us in this hotel. Good memory for us.

We booked the king family suite and payed for breakfast ahead of time. Here is the description of this property: - room not as described. - air conditioner didn't work properly. The room got warm. - towels smelled bad - slippers provided looked re used (look at picture) - they give breakfast to everyone without asking for room number so we basically paid for something that is provided at no cost. - bathtub was stained (look at picture) - the staff doesn't speak English and is not capable of solving any problems. -they can care less about guests.

I stayed at a Harput Suite. It was quite spacious. I loved the decor of the room. There was a jacuzzi and even a Turkish bath in the bathroom which surprised me. The breakfast was all right. I liked the live egg station. The coffee was as bad as like all other Hiltons around Turkey

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great breakfast selection and very nice terrace bar/restaurant on the top floor. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable and there's good security with room fob operated lifts so unauthorised people can't access the first areas.

Could be better, centrally located and had a huge potential but very poorly managed. The staff do a great job to compensate but you get the sense that the management is absent. Pool was closed for 2 days without any reason, gym used as a store room, electric wires exposed and staff sleeping in the changing room. Shameful for a Doubletree. Avoid.
