Staff great, clean room just missing a few dishes. They dont have hand towels for the bathroom. The chairs in my room were significantly worn but useable. Kinda noisy after 10 PM. But, it was a suite priced as a room. I will probably stay hete again.

Clean and neat everything

Woke up at 3am with police escorting someone out of my neighboring rooms. Place is absolutely disgusting

Love this hotel and its location!

Property was clean and all employees were very knowledgeable and patient with me. A smile goes a long way and thats most of what you seen as the employees greeted the guest. The manager was also very helpful and poise. I will revist if ever in cherry hill NJ again. Thank you all for your welcoming. Good parking, great area to get to all shopping areas.

Would not recommend, musty smell though out. Basics were not available, such as coffee bar in am and hair dryer in room. Very basic TV cable , no ice ice in building.

It just wasn’t to my standard of cleanliness . The bath tub and the shower curtain had hair everywhere , the toilet looked outdated , my son tried to use the pull out sofa and it had stains all over the mattress, the hall way smelt so bad the room smelt bad i had to get spray just to mask the odor . It’s cheaper than most hotels but I don’t think it’s cheap enough.

This property markets a kitchen, with almost no supplies! Staff was indifferent. All the lights were on motion detectors, so if you get up in the middle of the night, the bright lights come on. Bathroom has a cheap plastic shower that leaks all over the floor. Never again!

Visiting for a wedding, stayed 3 nights. The room was bad. Beds were fine, cleaning was not thorough. No sweeping was done under the beds or along the walls. There was exposed wiring below the small dining table. The bathroom door would not shut or lock. Towels were stained either brown or yellowed. No hand towels provided. The toilet was not clean on arrival, nor the shower. 2 of the 6 pillow cases were stained with brown spots. Bedding was clean. No blanket provided though, only 2 sheets. There was black mold at the edge of the tub/shower and the bathroom sink. Elevators smelled of smoke. Smoke stains on the ceiling above the microwave.

Fire alarm woke me up at about 12:31am on 8th Oct 2024. I couldn’t sleep again till 6am and i checked out 7am.nasty smell in the room like dog pee.receptionists was good and welcoming.

First thing I noticed was a pair of boxers and a sock next to the couch in the room. Then when I pulled the blankets down there was a large ball of hair between the sheet and “comforter” which was basically just another sheet. I pulled back the sheet and found dirt and hair and smudges of some sort on the fitted sheet. Clearly the bed wasn’t changed out. The staff was nice about it and gave me new sheets and a thicket blankets.

The extreme security made me feel that the surrounding area was unsafe.

I only had it for one night but it was after a long flight and before another short one. The room was safe, comfortable clean. I slept better and longer than I had in weeks. It was very close to the sister-in-law I was visiting, too. It was just what I needed to restore and refresh myself.

Great spot near highway. Clean, updated facilities.

I did not like the service, the property was not clean the chairs in the room looked horrible it was dirty and not presentable the chairs are old and used up . No coffee inside the hotel, the checking was not pleasant no courtesy . Check out was ok . I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
