Good property. Rooms roomy and the double bedroom config is ideal for families or two couples. Breakfast is good, but often runs out of some items. Convenient location walkable to some dining options 10mins away. Has a shuttle that stops right in front of the hotel to take you to downtown and also the mountain resort. Note the property is in the outskirts of the town on the Canada Trans highway westerly side and takes some time to go downtown and the ski resort by shuttle. Also note the hotel does not have a ski locker or room to dry out boots etc.

Rude staff got yelled at for filling up my water bottle. Dirty bathroom.

Stay was good, but parking lot was very icy the whole time & no sand was put down. Great place to stay for families. Utilized the pool area a lot; great for kids

Nice and convenient

Great stay, staff were very helpful and polite. Made sure I had everything i needed and sent/recieved and printed busienss docs for me. Food in the morning was plentiful and very good with nice staff assiting. Gym was a real gym unlike most hotels. Rooms were clean and quiet. Highly recommend.

Liked the breakfast and pool. Walls are a bit thin and it can be noisy.

Great hotel, we stay here every time we go to Revelstoke

There were stains on the linens and a hair in the shower, not a deal breaker but also not what I would have expected for the price of the room.

Staff were awesome, very good to deal with and easy to sort out any problems you may have.

Great place to stay, nice breakfast. Would love to see them get rid of the strong smelling soaps though.

The pool is closed

Stayed for two nights with kids. Location is convenient, there’s a couple food places nearby. Pool and hot tub is good, kids love it. Breakfast has good amount of choices.

Was a great stay. Fun time with the kids in the pool and waterslide, great breakfast and the staff was awesome.

Our stay was due to an unexpected hiway closure. We had a fabulous night sleep an excellent buffet breakfast. The road reopened and we carried on.

It was very loud, people were very noisy. And for the breakfast teenagers were usong their hands to touch the food, even food they werent putting on their plate.

Hotel facilities are great. Breakfast area is small but food is good. There are couple shops nearby and open until 11pm

Bed bugs, carpet stains, etc. No a good place at all.

Kitchen saff was not friendly. I did ask about tea bags that was completely empty , lady working in the kitchen didnt reply first. When i asked one more time she rudly said i heard first time.i was surprised she should have said it politally..staff of Ramada at Golden was so hospitable ..We like Ramada but this stay didnt leave any pleasant effect on us..You guys should work on staff
