Excellent hotel and staff, unfortunately had some rude arrogant guests sat next to us one evening at dinner. This is not a reflection of the hotels amazing service 😊

Majestic views, friendly staff, good food

Very nice hotel, comfortable and clean. Friendly staff.

Traveled with a 4 year old and the guy at the reception gave us a key to the room that didn't work, then left the front desk. When we returned for a new key, no one was there and we all had to rest on a sofa in the restaurant till past midnight, until someone came back to give us a new key. Received a measly 7 Euro compensation for that mess. Clean, nice rooms and good breakfast buffet, but bad customer service.

Overall a nice hotel. Good breakfast, comfortable bed, nice shower and a good size room. The only issue that lets it down is slow / poor Wi-fi. During a business trip trying to work from the hotel this can be frustrating. Location is a little out of town too, if you have a car though, no issues.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. The restaurant inside was great not only for breakfast, but their dinner selection was wonderful. They also serve alcohol which is a plus!

Our GPS took us an intimidating route up the hill to this hotel for a one night stay, but it was well worth the climb, both because of the view and because the hotel itself was lovely. We got confused a bit, having parked (for free) behind the hotel where the route to and from the elevator took us through an area being remodeled. But we finally found our comfortable room in a quiet corner with an incredible view of the woods from our window. We were not there long enough to use the hiking paths and did not eat breakfast, but we did have a delicious supper at the restaurant. We would definitely stay there again -- and plan to stay long enough to explore bustling Hildesheim next time.

I was late arriving in Germany for a music festival (Mera Luna 2015) and the hotel was more than accommodating for my tardiness. The breakfast was excellent, the service was beyond exceptional, wifi/internet was included (thank goodness), and the room was cleaner than anything I've seen here in the US.

Kort stop på vej videre til Italien. Super god service og fantastiske senge. God restaurant som havde åbent til kl 21 som passede fint til os. Kommer gerne igen.

Super dejligt sted. Dejlige omgivelser og god service. Har været her før og kommer gerne igen. Bruges til overnatning når vi kører mellem DK og CH.

Tolles Hotel. Sehr schön auf einem Berg gelegen etwas im Wald und mit Blick über Hildesheim. Sehr schön! Service, Sauberkeit, Zimmer top. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht anwesend, kommen aber bei Gelegenheit sehr gerne wieder.

Et dejligt hotel, hvor alt var i orden. Har været her før, og kommer igen. En god oplevelse, tak.

Not enough parking spaces, but breakfast was good.

Sehr netter Empfang, sauberes und angenehmes Zimmer! Leider inzwischen auch etwas teuer, besonders das Frühstück mit 20,00 EUR nicht gerade preiswert. Parken am Hotel (war früher kostenlos), jetzt 6,00 EUR!

Wunderschön am Stadtrand gelegen und sehr ruhig. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder.

Fint billigt hotel lidt væk fra autobahn. Super morgenmad og pænt og rent.
