Perfect property beautiful room

Nice hotel

The staff are helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and nicely appointed. Breakfast was delicious with different foods to choose from. It’s an easy walk to the old town and quite near the beautiful river. We very much enjoyed our stay there.

Convenient hotel for Maastricht old town. Walkable to the Andre Rieu concert. Hotel was old and could use some modernization. The staff were very nice.

Nic big room 2 very comfortable single beds. Great breakfast (at extra cost). Very central & literally next to underground carpark. Thoroughly recommend this hotel - don’t expect holiday inn style, this is a proper Netherlands house.

Staff was best part of experience - they were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was quite good too.

STAY AWAY!!! Our stay was short as the hotel was not as excpect to say the least. Location 0 stars Staff service 0 stars Conditon 0 stars No elevator in hotel, many many stairs to room.

Stay Away!!!!! I cannot stress this enough, this hotel is the "Unsatiable". DO NOT TRUST HOTELS.COM REVIEWS, something is terribly off . The hotel uses photos on their website from "sister hotels" as if it is their own! We arrived to this out dated awful building, front desk was hiding in a room and needed to be called out. Our "Suite" was located up 2 very narrow flights of stairs with NO ELEVATOR!!! Location 0 Stars in our opinion, Staff not friendly at all.. Worst experience of our lives, we couldn't complete our stay and had to leave after a few hours.... Do yourself a favor, DO NOT COME HERE.

Amazing place where to stay when visiting Maastricht. It is back to th à old city, many restaurants and pubs nearby. The staff is amazing and friendly. The hotel is clean and offers you comfort while away from home. Give it a try when in Maastricht!

Lovely old hotel with character, in a good location close to old town. Large room, with comfortable bed & large bathroom. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Friendly reception.

Clean, good location, nice staff. I had a trouble getting the A/C Fan to work but that could have been my error!

The staff was awesome, breakfast was top knocked!! Our room was noisy facing the river, even with the windowsclosed. If you book a room ask for a courtyard view. No lift and we were on the top floor. Alot of European hotel are like that. Ask for a lower floor as the steps are very steep.

We had room 521 with a wonderful riverview and elevator access. Afternoon complimentary refreshments in the dining room were much appreciated. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We highy recommend this hotel.

This was the first time that we had visited this hotel and we were not disappointed. On arrival at the Reception we were treated lime members of the family. Nothing was too much trouble for the Manger and his team of amazing staff. They all went out of their way to ensure that we had a greet three night stay. The breakfasts were really substantial and set us up for the day. The Drink and Cake in the afternoon was a nice little touch. Overall it was a great experience. Congratulations to all concerned. I would certainly recommend this lovely hotel

Easy walking to city and it’s sites. Large room comfortable bed and wonderful pillows.

From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was superb comfortable clean and Devore was splendid. The breakfast the next morning was first class as were the waiting staff. I can’t praise the staff and property enough and we will not hesitate to stay there again when we visit Maastricht again.

Beautiful hotel - lovely room with high ceiling, big windows and old firepace. Charming. Beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also a GREAT location.
